Dear Exhibitor and Industry Partner,

As ACA Chair and on behalf of the Executive Committee and members we are delighted toannounce that the Association for Continence Advice (ACA) Annual Conference and Exhibitionwill be held on the 16th and 17th May 2022 at the Mercure Bristol Grand.

We all look forward to welcoming you to ACA Conference 2022 and to celebrate with you allfollowing what has been a very challenging and unprecedented couple of years. This conference will follow the theme of ‘Bridging The Gap In Bladder And Bowel Health' andis shaping up to be another educational and inspiring event.

To view the Preliminary Programme click here this will be updated regularly.

ACA Conference 2021 was a virtual event and a huge success. However, we value the benefitsof a face-to-face event and hope to see you again in 2022, where you will have theopportunity to meet delegates in person over 2 days. Your valued attendance andcontributions are greatly appreciated and enables continued collaboration in providing highquality education and training to our delegates and members.

ACA will use some of the income generated by the event to provide bursaries to a number ofdelegates.

ACA continues to enjoy a strong relationship with healthcare industries and appreciates thesupport that it receives for our annual meeting and we look forward to welcoming you.

Let us ALL make this Conference the very best yet !

Why should you exhibit?

All refreshments and food will be served in the exhibition, with a morning break, lunch andafternoon break provisioned for each day. The ACA AGM has been removed from the event to allow extra exhibition time. The provision of an early evening drinks reception within the exhibition hall after sessions onthe 16th May. We would encourage all exhibitors to attend that. Further details to follow.

ACA Conference is a well established 2-day event, which is taking place as a purely in-personevent this year in Bristol. As it has been 3 years since the last physical ACA Conference we areexpecting strong interest from both delegates and exhibitors, and early sign up is recommended.

Much consideration goes into encouraging delegates to move easily and freely around all areas ofthe exhibition to gain access to all stands. Catering will be placed strategically to draw delegates toall areas of the exhibition hall and seating areas are designed to allow delegates somewhere toenjoy their refreshments but not to linger. Thus every effort is made to facilitate the successfulflow of delegates around the exhibition.

The event is expected to attract approximately 160 delegates (see delegate profile below) and theprogramme is being designed to maximise exhibition viewing time including:

The programme also allows for a number of symposium slots and has been designed to appealacross the multi disciplinary audience.
