• Before you apply an account, you must submit the following file to the manager.

[1]Your audio introduction file.[2]A copy of your ESL certificate.[3]Agreement.

• Provide the following data to the manager.[1]Your Email Address (Important!! The system will inform you class cancellation via this email)

[2]Your name[3]Your nickname (ex: Teacher Michael)

[4]Date of Birth (in the form: 1999Sep09)

[5]Your phone number (Important!! The system will inform you class cancellation via this nymber)

[6]Your SKYPE address[7]Your Living address

Step 2-1

• You will get an Email from the system

• Click “confirm you email address”

• If you didn’t get an email, please inform the manager.

• Input Email and Password(default is your date of birth ex: 1999/sep/09 = 19990909)

• Please check you phone number carefully, and click Send code.

• Input the code from Your cell phone SMS, and verify it.

• You should receive SMS within 3min.• If you didn’t get the SMS in an hour, please inform the manager.

Please don’t click <<previous step to do multiple input.• If you want to leave and verify later, you can just close the browser.

• In “Today’s class”:A scheduled class, and will be completed today

The class has been cancelled.

Step 3-2-2 DashboardPush this button next to . You can do the following action.

[1]. If there is more than 3hrs to the class, you can do normal cancellation.

[2]. If there is less than 3hrs to the class, you can do “Over allowed time” cancellation.

Important!! : Once you click the button “cancel class”, a SMS & an EMAIL will be send to a student, and it is impossible to change back to scheduled.

Step 3-2-3 DashboardPush this button next to . You can do the following action.

[3]. If the class time is passed, you can take class note and complete the class. The class note must be more than 50words, and you can [1]take down note as below as a record for students(Students can see your note), [2]The note must contain: vocabulary, grammar, textbook, homework, etc. [3]paste your SKYPE message during the course as a prove that you have a class.

You can update the note for the class.

This note can be read by students, and we strongly recommend you to take class note for students.

Meanwhile, it is also a good practice to copy and paste SKYPE message as a prove that you already have a class with students.

Step 3-2-5 Dashboard

If a student didn’t show in the class, please inform the manager, and we will modify status to “Student Absent”.

Over allowed time. This means cancellation were done within 3hrs before the class.

Step 3-3-1 DashboardReschedulable class : When a class has been cancelled, a pending class is waiting for you to determine the new schedule. You must discuss with the student for the new schedule.

Shifting class schedule: Sometimes, you or a student can not join the class in time, but you know this in advance(more than 3hrs). You can discuss with the student to move the class to other schedule. You have to do this: [step1] cancel the class by teacher. [step2] reschedule the class.

[Caution]This change must be done more than 3hrs before the class. If student cancel the class within 3hrs, there will be no “Reschedulable class ”.

[Caution]This is a teacher’s right. Don’t abuse it.

Re-schedule time must be confirmed by both a teacher and a student.

Step 3-3-2 DashboardReschedulable class : Once you click “Reschedule”, it is impossible to change it. Please check it carefully.

Cancelled class by a student

• You should receive a SMS and an EMAIL regarding cancellation. To avoid any unstable from system suppliers, we highly recommend you check class status in the online system regularly.

• Here is an example of SMS.

• There are some SMS Fraud cases that ask you to click a link. Therefore, our SMS only contains message, and will not have any link to click. Be aware of the fake message. You can check the class status on our system.

Wrong operation

• If you press the wrong button, and want to fix it. Please inform the manager, and describe your situation. Please also use “Print screen” to get pictures in your account, and help us to understand clearly.

National holiday

• If you want to cancel the classes in National holiday, please cancel the class online 3 days before the class.

• For example, if you want to have a week-long holiday from X’mas to New Year, you must cancel in advance(at least 3 days before the holiday), and you can also discuss with students to re-schedule the class before or after your holiday.

• Again, re-schedule time must be confirmed by both teacher and student.

Finding a fault in the system

• Please inform the manager within 7 days. We may not check it after a long delay.

To calculate your salary (1)

• Please email weekly status(in PDF format) to the manager for calculating your salary.

• If there are 6weeks in this month, you need to provide 6 PDF files.• We will compare the status with our database.

• The salary will be calculated base on the database. Therefore, please maintain status in the system regularly and carefully.

• We don’t accept excuse like: I already inform students, but forget to apply the change in the system.
