A OBJECTIVE
This SOP is to detail out the troubleshooting guidelines of Compresssed Air System that covering PlantAir and Instrument Air System.

i. Personal Protective equipment ( PPE)
a. Basic PPE : Safety Helmet, Safety Goggle, Ear Plug and Cotton Glove.
b. Special / additional PPE required : N/A
ii. Hazard
High pressure 10 bar maximum of Compressed Air
iii. Safety Instructionsa. Ensure the all pressure vessels, Cyclone Separator and Air Receiver Tank are comply to PMT
regulatory by DOE.b. The Compressor Cabinate Covers are properly closed and locked to provide high dBa level
noise isolations.c. All PSV has been certified and adjusted according to design pressure.

Note:
If the control unit registers an Error, the compressor is immediately and without an idling phase
automatically shutdown, the error Relay drops and on the right next to the actual pressure value there blinks
a number next to the red indicator lamp: the blinking number indicates the registered cause (see also message
key table under error messages).
Acknowledge Messages: Display the message e.g. by pressing the i-key. Press -key to cancel thedisplay and acknowledge the message. The main display appears, if the cause for the fault was rectified.
