2015/2016 SEM:Project was about a roll-out of a global digital sales force solution based on CRM Dynamics. Enabler of capabilities related the outlet execution for On-Premise channel. This solution was a great success thanks to the collaboration of several meetings aimed at finding process commonalities in CEE & WER regions.

2015 S&OP Next:Heineken Italia has been chosen to implement a global template to roll-out in all countries for a solution (JDA) of Intelligent Fulfillment & Manufactory/Retail planning (demand and supply planning, scheduling, inventory optimization). This exciting project has allowed me to live the experience of being the pilot operating

2014 WER Innovation champion:I was innovation coordinator for Western Europe for global IT innovation process. I supported the Innovation Central Team for phases: identification / selection / evaluation / development of initiatives for major global suppliers (IBM, Microsoft, SAP, Google, etc.).

2014 EXPO 2015 Partesa:Create a new web platform full responsive to manager process “Order to cash” : entry/ delivery / tracking of EXPO customer orders for Partesa (Logistic company of Heineken Italia group). The platform is integrated with EXPO systems for shipment coordinators, for sales reports & royalties management.

2014 Sellaware Program:A program with 6 project streams for OFF and ON premise.Main goals were, reviewing and enhancements of core systems for both Business Unit of Heineken Italia. In line with commerce global initiatives and with a global sales force assessments, this program is a follow-up of projects: SF. Optimization and Digitalization (2013) including CRM integration and a new web platform for In-store promotion management.

Ruolo: IT Project Manager 2012 -2013 Sales force optimization & digitalization:

Scope of these projects is the revision of IT tools for sales rep On-Premise e Off-Premise (SFA and sales planning solutions).SFA stream had as objective the rationalization and optimization of running tools deploying enterprise 2.0 business solutions (cloud computing, apps, pad).Sales Planning stream started from a business process review of the commercial process (sales & discount planning, campaign, investment) in order to evaluate the suitability of systems currently used (BW-SEM). We delivered a full integrated E2E planning solution for sales & discount, investments with an on/off line capabilities basing of SAP Integrated Planning

2011 – 2012 HGWM2:“Heineken global workplace management” was a common project Corporate with

the objective of HW and SW standardization for whole Heineken group. Project outcome was the setup of SCCM infrastructure for the central administration for SW & release management.

2000 – 2010 Heineken Italia S.p.A. MilanJob Profile: I.T. Business Analyst

2007-2010 Genesi Project: Project focused on covering the commercial processes of about 20 wholesales and 700 Salesrep. In particular, we migrated their data system to SAP SD solution improving the running Sales Force Automation with an integration thought SAP-XI.About this project I redacted technical and infrastructure analyses and I coordinated functional analysis and realization of mobile and communication solution.

2000 - 2006 CRM Project Wave 1-3: Team Leader of MSA area (mobile sales automation), CIC (Customer Interaction Center) full integrated with CTI system (Genesys) and CRM technologies (middleware and technical component). I was in charge of business and technical analyses, supporting business process owners and key users for all start-up activities and training/roll out phases. I managed a consultant technical team keep them focused on project deliverables and timeline. During the wave 2&3 I was responsible with the same roles & responsibilities for the development of BI solution (SAP BW) regarding commercial reporting (investment, campaign, promotion etc.).I collaborated with Corporate IT office to develop gap analyses in order to design a similar solution to cover common requirements for the WER region.

2000 B-B site “HIWEB”: Developing and technical responsible, business analysis with our customer, choosing technologies, following technical, system and security troubles. E-Commerce project interfaced ERP System, in particularly SAP from 3.1H to 4.6B release. HIWEB is a portal of services for placing orders, sales condition and pricing, customer account balance, empty balance, draught service, sales promotion, ect. This project was enabler (prototyping) for SAP-CRM
