Verschlußring abdrücken.

Press off cover ring.



Scheibe, O-Ring einlegen, auf bündiges Anliegenachten. O-Ring und Staublippe des Wellendicht-rings einfetten.

Fit shim and O-ring, make sure there is a snug fit.Grease O-ring and lips of shaft seal.

Verschlußring montieren, nachsetzen.

Place the pump into a disassembly /assembly device with a crane and fix it.

Pos. * Drive shafts with bearing set are the smallest assemblygroup.The assembly group is adjusted to measurement A.The tapered roller bearings are adjusted to the spezifiedthrough-torque.

Fixing screw - Retaining device

Loosen of the screws is only possible if the drive shaft iswarmed up at a temperature of approx.120o C 1/2 hour in an oil bath or heat air furnace.Screw out the screw quickly.

The threads must be free of oil, grease, dust or anyother contaminants which may impair the lockingof the screws.

Fit the retaining plate with pistons and centrepin into place.Use screws that have a Precote coating.* For tightening torques, see service information.

Federteller 1 und Tellerfedern 2 mit Fett lagerichtigeinkleben.

Fit the spring plate 1 and cup springs 2 into theircorrect position (and orientation) using grease tohold them into place.

Ensure that all of the parts are assembled in correctorder and orientation.

Insert pistons into the cylinder. Using a soft surfaceas a support to prevent the sliding surfaces frombeing damaged. Pre-assemble both of the rotarygroups in this manor.

Gehäuse auf ca. 80o C erwärmen.

Warm up the housing to approx. 80o C.

Vormontiertes Triebwerk 2 einsetzen,auf Zahnmarkierung achten.

Insert the pre-assembled rotary group 2,taking into account gear tooth markers.

Zahnmarkierungen stehen sich gegenüber.

The gear tooth markers must coincide.

Adjustment of the hydraulic component of the rotary groupThe adjustment of dimension D is carried outusing spring platesof differing thickness, so that the correct clearance is achievedbetween the rotary group which is fitted in the housing and thecentre pinand spring plates.

Dimension (D) = 0,4 ± 0,1 mm

After assembly of the complete unit the breakaway torque of therotary group has to be checked with the torque wrench.

Abstimmung hydr. Teil des TriebwerksAbstimmung Pos. D erfolgt mit Federteller verschiedener Höhe,so daß sich beim eingebauten Triebwerk im Gehäuse zwischenMittelzapfen und Federteller das Spiel ergibt.

Assembly guideline:Retaining forceAfter the rotary group has been fitted into the housing, it has tobe pressed in until the end stop is reached. Allow the housing tocool down from its assembly temperature (approx.80oC) to roomtemperature.

Hydraulikanlage

1. Hydraulikanlage steht unter hohem Druck!Unter hohem Druck austretende Hochdruck-Flüssig-keiten (Kraftstoff, Hydrauliköl) können die Haut durch-dringen und schwere Verletzungen verursachen.Daher sofort einen Arzt aufsuchen, da anderenfallsschwere Infektionen entstehen können!

2. Bei der Suche nach Leckstellen wegen Verletzungsgefahrgeeignete Hilfsmittel verwenden!

3. Vor Arbeiten an der Hydraulikanlage diese unbedingtdrucklos machen und angebaute Geräte absenken!

4. Bei Arbeiten an der Hydraulikanlage unbedingt Motorabstellen und Traktor gegen Wegrollen sichern(Feststellbremse, Unterlegkeil)!

5. Beim Anschließen von Hydraulikzylindern und -motoren istauf vorgeschriebenen Anschluß der Hydraulikschläuchezu achten!

6. Bei Vertauschen der Anschlüsse umgekehrte Funktionen(z.B. Heben/Senken) - Unfallgefahr!

7. Hydraulikschlauchleitungen regelmäßig kontrollieren undbei Beschädigung und Alterung austauschen! DieAustausch schlauchleitungen müssen den technischenAnforderungen des Geräteherstellers entsprechen!

Öle, Kraftstoffe und Filter ordnungsgemäßentsorgen!

Hydraulic equipment

1. Hydraulic equipment is standing under high pressure.High pressure fluids (fuel, hydraulic oil) which escapeunder high pressure can penetrate the skin and causeheavy injuries.Therefore immediately consult a doctor as otherwiseheavy infections can be caused.

2. When searching leakages use appropriate auxiliary devicesbecause of the danger of accidents.

3. Before working at the hydraulic equipment, lower pressureto zero and lower working arms of the rnachine.

4. When working at the hydraulic equipment, absolutely stopmotor and secure tractor against rolling away(parking brake, shim)!

5. When connecting hydraulic cylinders and motor payattention to correct connection of hydraulic flexible hoses.

6. In case of exchanging the ports, the tunctions are vice versa(f. ex. lift-up/lower) - danger of accidents!

7. Check hydraulic flexible hoses regularly and replace them incase of dammage or wear! The new hose pipes must complywith the technical requirements of the machine manufacturer!

Orderly disposal or recycling of oil, fuel andfilters!
