• Alternative secondary education inside an Adult Community Education Centre• Aimed at 300+ not in school, not employed 15-19 yo in Wodonga – recurrent funding, not youth project based• Commenced 2006 – 31 students (Wodonga)• In 2011 – 150+ students (campus Albury and Wodonga)• Low class sizes• High levels of social welfare student support• Students = 90% sofa kids• Outcomes have been academically high (given the starting point), socially wonderful but with some failings
