Located in the Ravenna-Bryant and Wedgwood neighborhoods in NE Seattle.

BUSINESS DISTRICT SURVEY

· 1,038 people responded.

· 89% self identified themselves as living in the “neighborhood.”

· Those that don’t consider 35th their primary business district do so because there’s not enough variety & prefer to shop elsewhere.

· Top 3 reasons to visit: grocery shopping, coffee, & banking.
