2. Verify that the Summary worksheet is the active worksheet. Click cell B4. On the Inserttab, in the Links group, click the Hyperlink button.

5. In the lower right corner of the dialog box, click OK, and then verify that the word Golfdisplays in a different color and is underlined.

The different color and underline indicate that the word is a hyperlink.

6. Point to the hyperlink Golf to display the pointer and the ScreenTip with the name ofthe website. Click the hyperlink Golf.

Your web browser opens to the home page of the United States Golf Association.

7. Close the web browser. Notice that after you have clicked a hyperlink, the color of thehyperlink changes to indicate that you have visited the site.

8. Click cell C4. On the Insert tab, in the Links group, click the Hyperlink button. In the displayed Insert Hyperlink dialog box, click in the Address box, and type www.uspta.org

9. Click the ScreenTip button. In the Set Hyperlink ScreenTip dialog box, type United StatesProfessional Tennis Association as shown in Figure 2.

10. Click OK two times. Point at cell C4, and verify that the ScreenTip displays as shown inFigure 3.

11. In cell D4, repeat the techniques just practiced to insert a hyperlink to www.physicalfitness.org that displays the ScreenTip National Association for Health and Fitness

12. Test the hyperlinks just inserted, and then Close all web browser windows.

13. Right-click cell B4, and then click Edit Hyperlink. In the Edit Hyperlink dialog box, clickthe ScreenTip button, and then enter the ScreenTip United States Golf Association

14. In cell A12, type Qtr 1 and then press J. Use the fill handle to copy the contents throughcell A15 to create the series Qtr 1 through Qtr 4, as shown in Figure 4.

15. Click cell A12. On the Insert tab, in the Links group, click the Hyperlink button. At the leftof the displayed Insert Hyperlink dialog box, under Link to, click Place in This Document.In the center of the dialog box, click ‘1st Qtr’, and then create the ScreenTip Go to the 1stQtr worksheet Click OK two times.

16. Click the hyperlink in cell A12 to verify that the 1st Qtr worksheet displays. Make theSummary worksheet the active sheet.

17. In the Summary worksheet, in the range A13:A15, repeat the technique just practiced toinsert hyperlinks to the worksheets for each of the next three quarters, with similarScreenTips for each hyperlink.

18. Right-click the Summary sheet tab, and from the displayed list, click Select All Sheets. Addthe file name to the left footer and the sheet name in the right footer. Return to Normalview, and then click cell A1. Right-click the Summary sheet tab, and from the displayed list,click Ungroup Sheets.

19. Save the workbook. Print or submit the file as directed by your instructor. Exit Excel.
