We do not recommend drying tunnel with infrared. Respect the drying times between each hand. Polishing after 6 hours of air drying at 20°C or after 30’ with oven drying after 20’ at 60°C.

Compatible with all polycarbonate headlight.Suitable both restoration of headlight clear coat after sanding with abrasive paper.Before the application of 294 HEADLIGHT CLEAR COAT, remove scratches, mat and yellowed areas with sanding paper discs.As with all paint systems, best results are obtained if the clear coat is sprayed at a temperature of 20-25°C. It is also recommended to bring the surface to at least 15°C before proceeding to the application of the product. Low temperatures make application, absorption and levelling very difficult. It is very important to carefully follow the application procedure to avoid too thick layers and consequent delays in drying process. Is particularly important to ensure that sanded headlight is completely dry, that is does not contain traces of moisture, water or solvent before applying the clear coat.
