The Growing the Margins Energy Confere n n nce will explore the technological, operating, policy, regulatory, financial and other challenges and opportunities facing farms and related food processing and rural industries as they strive to improve their energy efficiency, utilize by products in better fashion, and ultimately improve the bottom line. Program Overview Growing the Margins will offer a special one-day, pre-conference tour of several renewable energy and energy conservation projects, followed by two days of plenary sessions and concurrent technical sessions tailored to audience interests. Sessions will provide insight to, and allow for discussion of barriers and opportunities for system adoption. Technologies and processes addressed will include: energy efficiency and demand management initiatives; farm-based biofuels production (ethanol, biodiesel, pelletized organics); energy from biomass (anaerobic digestion, combustion); and energy from other sources (wind, solar, pyrolysis, geothermal, micro-hydro). Also addressed will be issues related to policies and regulations, financing, business planning and other topics of importance. It is anticipated that well in excess of 400 delegates from Canada, the United States and other countries will attend Growing the Margins. In addition, there is space for upwards of 40 exhibitors, There will also be a poster display of emerging technologies and activities of interest. RESERVING YOUR SPACE: Requests for space are considered only upon receipt of your application for exhibit space. The applica-tion must be completed, signed and accompanied by the required deposit payment in full. (See Exhibit Application Form).

BOOTH SPECIFICATIONS: All standard booth spaces will have an 8’ high back wall and 3’ high side rails. (Exhibit dimensions arestrictly enforced.)

TERMS: Each booth requires a deposit of $500.00 and is due with your application. A contract will be issued requiring 50% of the balance owing payabwing payabwing pa le within 30 days. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations will not be accepted after February 15th, 2007. The exhibitor is responsible for thetotal booth rental, regardless of the reason for the cancellation. Cancellation prior to February 15th, 2007, will forfeit the booth deposit.

BOOTH FURNISHINGS: Standard equipment in each booth includes the wall draping and standard carpet, a 6’ skirted table,2 chairs and a sign. Exhibitors are responsible for any power, special lighting, or additional furnishings. The Conference management will send you a complete information package after receiving your booth application.

CONFERENCE ADMISSION: Purchase of exhibit booth space entitles you to one (1) full conference delegate pass for each 10 x 8’booth area.
