1. Tnh hnh tiu chun ho cp ng v cp vin thng vo nh thu baoa. Trong nc

Hin nay Vit Nam ban hnh mt s tiu chun k thut v phng php o cp in v cp vin thng, c th:1. TCVN 5936: Cp v dy dn in. Phng php th cch in v v bc (Hp cht do v nha chu nhit)

2. TCVN 4766: Cp dy dn v dy dn mm. Ghi nhn, bao gi, vn chuyn v bo qun

3. TCVN 5582: Cp v dy dn mm. Phng php xc nh ch tiu c hc ca lp cch in v v4. TCVN 6614-1-1: 2000: Phng php th nghim chung i vi vt liu cch in v bc ca cp in. Phn 1: Phng php p dng chung - Mc 1: o chiu dy v kch thc ngoi- Th nghim xc nh c tnh c.

Cc TCVN 6612-1-1, TCVN 6612-1-2 v TCVN 6612-1-4 l hon ton tng ng vi cc tiu chun ca IEC: IEC 60811-1-1, IEC 60811-1-2, v IEC 60811-1-4. Cc tiu chun, quy trnh, quy phm ca B Thng tin v Truyn thng cng nh ca cc doanh nghip cp n cc loi cp in thoi khc nhau nh cp LAN, cp chng chy, cp dng trong mng in thoi ni ht... v cc quy trnh thi cng, o th mng cp. a. Tnh hnh s dng cp vo nh thu bao

Cp vo nh thu bao l mt phn ca ng dy thu bao c ko t hp cp ti cc thit b u cui khch hng. Cp vo nh thu bao c th dng treo hoc chn ngm.

Cp vo nh thu bao (hay cn gi l dy thu bao) gm mt hoc vi i dy c t song song vi nhau (i vi trng hp ch l 1 i dy) hoc xon li vi nhau theo tng i (trng hp t 2 i dy tr ln).

Xt v mt phng php lp t, cp vo nh thu bao c chia lm hai loi:

Cp vo nh thu bao loi treo;

Cp vo nh thu bao loi chn ngm.

Hin nay trong nc phn ln s dng cp vo nh thu bao loi treo v t s dng cp vo nh thu bao loi chn ngm. Tuy nhin ng v mt m quan th cp chn ngm c u im hn, do xu hng ti cc khu th, ni thnh trong nhng nm ti l ngm ho mng cp vo nh thu bao.

Xt v mt cu trc li dn, cp vo nh thu bao c chia thnh hai loi:

3. Cch thc xy dng tiu chunD tho TCVN c xy dng qua 2 giai on:

3.1. Giai on 1: Nghin cu xy dng d tho tiu chun (trong khun kh ti nghin cu khoa hc cp B m s 120-08-KHKT-TC NGHIN CU XY DNG TIU CHUN CP VO NH THU BAO (CP SI NG) do Vin KHKT Bu in thc hin nm 2008.a) Phn tch la chn ti liu tham chiu xy dng tiu chun:

Nghin cu cc ti liu tiu chun quc t cho thy:- Cc tiu chun IEC l cc tiu chun ph hp xy dng tiu chun cp si ng vo nh thu bao, do y l cc tiu chun c nhiu quc gia chp thun p dng.

- Cc tiu chun ca M, Singapore, Palestin l cc tiu chun i vo mt s loi cp c th, khng mang tnh bao qut nh cc tiu chun IEC. Tuy nhin, cc tiu chun ny li cung cp cc thng tin rt chi tit v cu trc, ch tiu k thut khc. y l ngun tham kho thm rt c ch khi xy dng d tho tiu chun cp ny.

Nhm ch tr d tho tiu chun chn tiu chun IEC lm ti liu tham chiu chnh bao gm:

Tiu chun ny l c s xy dng cc yu cu k thut i vi cp vo nh thu bao loi treo.

Tiu chun ny bao gm cc ch tiu k thut i vi cp c nhi c mn chn kim loi ngoi li cp, 1 v nha c do dai cao, cc li si ng, v lp cch in c hoc dng xp. Cp ny thng dng chn trc tip.

Tiu chun ny l c s xy dng yu cu k thut i vi cp vo nh thu bao loi chn ngm.

i vi cp c li l loi dy mm nhiu si, qua nghin cu cho thy hin nay s dng ph bin mt s cc li si 0,18 ; 0,19 v 0,20 mm. Nhm ch tr a ra cc kch thc dy dn mm nhiu si tng ng vi kch thc ca dy dn c vi ng knh si trong dy mm nhiu si l 0,18 ; 0,19 v 0,20 mm. Vic la chn cc thng s c trnh by chi tit di y.

b) La chn cc yu cu k thut cho cp si ng vo nh thu bao

Trc ht xem xt cc yu t c nh hng n mng ngoi vi ni chung v cp ng ni ring. Cp phi c cc thuc tnh in ph hp truyn ti tn hiu. N phi c kh nng n nh hp l trong cc iu kin thi tit khc nhau, di tc ng ca cc loi nhiu. Di y s lit k cc yu cu c v c hc v in kh.
