SUBSTANCIAL 8 PIECE MENU $37PP A substantial main meal equivalent portion of 8 pieces per guest, suitable for events of 4+ hours. This selection is most popular for corporate events and covers a range of common dietary needs.

TRAY WAITER SERVICE

Tray waiter service is an additional cost, priced separately to the 6 or 8 piece menus to allow flexibility for small and informal functions.

Waiters are charged at $35/hr per waiter for a 2 hour minimum period.

Less than 50 guests: Canapes can be served on platters for table placement, with guests to help themselves.

Greater than 50 guests : 1 waiter per 50 guests is required for stand-up cocktail parties with more than 50 guests.

For events with 100+ guests we recommend waiters are booked for a 3 hour period to serve drinks on arrival before switching to food service.

Ideal for bar reservations and informal gatherings, or when combined with canapes as a crowd pleasing option that everyone will enjoy.

Antipasto can be served on arrival and pizzas a great late-night snack to offer guests after the main catering service has ended.

GRAZING TABLES A beautifully styled grazing table is available as a food station at an exclusive event, when booked in addition to other substantial catering

(minimum of 6+ canapes or a set menu to follow). A grazing table will include a premium selection of cured meats, cheeses, antipasto,

house dips, seasonal fruits, breads and lavosh, styled with timber crates, greenery and florals for an impressive edible display for guests to

serve themselves.
