The following Code of Conduct and COVID Safety Measures result from thoroughconsultation with the INGAA Foundation, venue staff, and a third-party, independentmedical consultant. These guidelines outline mitigation measures to provide as safe of anenvironment as possible when meeting in-person. They also serve as a reminder that if wecollectively apply this code and safety measures, we are advocating for the well-being ofour fellow citizens and our industry.

Responsibility is shared equally among the Foundation, the Resort, and you (eventattendees) – we all have a role to play in ensuring everyone’s health and personal safety.Your strict adherence to these measures is a gesture of respect and value towards others.

Follow relevant guidance provided by the World Health Organization (WHO), theCenters for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and/or your local health authority. Adhere to government-issued travel guidance and all applicable restrictions issued bythe region you will be travelling to, and the region you are travelling from.Evaluate your own health and that of people you are in close contact with; and contactthe Foundation team if you have concerns.STAY HOME if you feel sick, or if you have been exposed to someone who is positive orpresumed positive with COVID-19.

Follow guidance from your local health authority for everyday preventive actions tohelp prevent the spread of respiratory viruses including:

Washing hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, or an alcohol-based sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Avoiding touching eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.Covering your nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing, either with a tissue orbent elbow, and be sure to throw used tissues in the trash. Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regularhousehold cleaning spray or wipe.

Follow the INGAA Foundation COVID Safety Measures as outlined herein.Adhere to social distance protocols and respect others’ personal space. If you feel unwell or are experiencing flu-like symptoms, stay in your room and do notcome to the meeting.

Masks are required in all indoor meeting spaces with the exceptionof food and beverage events, restaurants and outdoor activities withappropriate social distance guidelines.Please bring the masks you find most comfortable to wear. We willalso provide plenty of disposable masks should you need a new one.

MASKS

All attendees/spouses must sign a declaration of health one weekprior to the event and daily once on site.All attendees/spouses are required to undergo daily healthscreenings provided by our contracted third-party medical service.These screenings will occur three times per day (before the morningsessions, after lunch, and before reception/dinner events). Aftereach screening, guests will be issued a wristband so they mayenter/exit the meeting event/space without having to re-screen untilthe next scheduled screening.Any individual health-related information provided by attendees willbe used exclusively to grant access and will not be disclosed to anythird-party entities without written consent from the attendee.All attendee health related information will be maintained in aconfidential, secure format and will be deleted 14 days following thisevent.

Hand sanitizer stations areavailable throughout the propertyand at every event. Gloves, Kleenex and disposablemasks available at registration.

The current CDC physical distancing guidelines will beobserved at the resort. Modified meeting room set-up to accommodate 2 per 6-foot table.Q&A microphones will be passed around by a designatedindividual via boom pole to maintain social distancing.Panel presentations will be limited to 4 people tomaintain social distance on the stage.

PHYSICAL DISTANCING

A Care Kit bag which includes hand sanitizer, face mask,re-usable forehead thermometer, nametag, name tent,and lanyard will be available at the registration desk, ifneeded. Handshakes and embraces are discouraged, as is theexchange of printed materials, business cards and salesbrochures. Digital alternatives are recommended and willbe made available.
