ABOUT OUR

COMPANYWe commenced business in September 1998

dealing with and specializing in the supply, installation,

maintenance and repairs of industrial, commercial and domestic

air-conditioning, refrigeration and electrical equipment.

In addition to this we strive to be become a “complete facility

service provider” offering a full portfolio of in-house services

ranging from Refrigeration, HVAC, Electrical, Automation,

Automotive Services in the Industrial and Commercial fields

such as Forklifts, Generators and fleet vehicles, as well as

Marketing and Design services.

All our staff are fully qualified to advise and make extensive,

cost-effective recommendations on the planning, procurement,

installation and servicing in all fields of our expertise.

The Group enjoys the services of experienced and qualified

personnel. All our technicians are licensed and have vehicles

equipped with a variety of tools, spares and equipment to

ensure a speedy, efficient and specialised service.

Our offices and workshops are based in Durban, Umbilo.

We have three additional satellite branches based in Cape

Town, Gauteng and Newcastle. Our main operations branch

in Durban is fully equipped with a dedicated service contact

line, and a dedicated after hours number. All staff are

equipped with the necessary hardware and software required

to process all designs, quotations and correspondence

We run multiple managements systems and online portals

which aid in time management, team planning and service

scheduling.

Our strategic objective is to become South Africa’s largest,

most efficient and reliable facilitating company, which

includes Refrigeration, HVAC, Electrical, Automation,

Automotive Services in the Industrial and Commercial fields

such as Forklifts, Generators and fleet vehicles, as well as

Marketing and Design services

Over the last 20 years technology and globalization have

changed the face of business forever and have subsequently

changed the needs and requirements of our clients.

• All company vehicles are maintained as per the manufacturer’s requirements to avoid any unnecessary breakdowns causing down time.

• All vehicles are fitted with fire fighting equipment and first aid kits.

• All safety, lifting or climbing equipment is SABS certified.

• All employees are issued with safety wear pertaining to their job description.

• As the company supports a clean and safe environment all refrigerants not required for use or cleaning are reclaimed and then managed.

• Lubricants such as old oil is reclaimed and disposed of at recognized sites in a safe manner.

• AERS (Pty) Ltd adheres to all OSH Act requirements.

• The company’s offices are completely networked, thus all stock and requirement status is readily available at the push of a button.

• Workmanship offered by the company is unconditionally guaranteed.

TJAART GROBLER CEO - AERS GROUP

Theo is a qualified High-spec Diesel Mechanic who who qualified through Barloworld and brings a wealth of technical knowledge and experience to the industrial and commercial mechanical fields.

Juan is a qualified electrical engineer and focuses on the implementation, planning and strategic infrastructure of all automation projects.

David has been in the industry for over 15 years. His experience and knowledge in the field of electronics is second to none.

Gareth has been in the Design and Development industry for over 14 years and runs all the marketing for each of the companies.

SERVICE TEAMSWe currently have 26 teams based throughout South Africa. Each team consists of 1 technician and 1 assistant. Each service team is equipped with a dedicated vehicle and stocks all the necessary equipment and spares required for each and every task.

The workshop is equipped with larger specialised tools that are transported to each area with our crane truck.
