RegistrationSave by registering early! Your registration fee includes all breakfasts, lunches, breaks, lectures, and access to the exhibit hall. Registration badges will be required for admission to all events.

Advance registration for the meeting and all social events is required to guarantee attendance for sessions and social functions. The deadline to register for the meeting at the early bird rate is January 22, 2018. Registration refunds will be made for cancellations received by January 15, 2018, via mail, email, or telephone, however, a $25 administrative fee will be retained. No-shows and registrations cancelled during or after the meeting will not be refunded. Special circumstances will be taken into consideration.

ConfirmationsUpon receipt of your conference registration form and payment, a confirmation letter will be emailed to the email address on the registration form. The confirmation letter will include a link to the online meeting syllabus.

CME CreditThis program is not yet approved for CME credit. Conference organizers have requested 21.5 hours of AAPA Category I CME credit from the Physician Assistant Review Panel. Total number of approved credits yet to be determined.

WorkshopsWorkshops are available on a first come-first served basis. No Pre-Registration required. These workshops are for PA and PA-Cs only. Students and Pre-PAs will have their own workshops on Saturday.

Student and Pre-PA WorkshopsThese workshops and lectures are for Students and Pre-PAs only. They do not require pre-registration, it is on a first come, first served basis.

Irving Convention CenterALL CME lectures will be held at the Irving Convention Center. There will be parking available at the Center and also a small shuttle running back and forth between the Omni and Convention Center. More information on convention center parking and shuttle service will be provided to all registrants prior to the conference.

FROM LOVE FIELD AIRPORT Exit the airport and turn right on Mockingbird Lane. Take Mockingbird Lane to TX-183 West. Take the right fork in the road (toward Irving/Grapevine). Exit O’Connor (TX-114 West). At the first light, take a right on Las Colinas Boulevard. Omni Mandalay Hotel at Las Colinas will be on the left. Drive time: Approximately 20 minutes.
