Connect Your Customer to Blue Link • Make sure your customer is enrolled in
Blue Link
• If not, assist them with Blue Link enrollment through MyHyundai using the Dealer-Assisted Blue Link Enrollment site
• Help the customer log in with their new MyHyundai account
• Remember, features may take up to 24 hours to activate
• If possible, demonstrate features with your customer’s login; otherwise, use demo modes or the Dealer Demo Program
• Show your customer the Blue Link User’s Manual and tear out the Voice Commands/Quick Tip card
• Help your customer download the MyHyundai with Blue Link smartphone app
• Help them log in to the app (Note: Customer must set up their password and security question on MyHyundai.com)
• Help them try their fi rst remote function*
• Encourage your customer to explore Blue Link’s capabilities with your guidance
• Help them schedule their fi rst service appointment
• Have them try Remote Start and Remote Lock/Unlock
• Have them search for a POI, and get directions
• Show customers the Blue Link playlist on Hyundai’s YouTube channel
When is a great time to enroll your customer in Blue Link?
While waiting for F&I.
Offer to schedule an appointment to reconnect and re-explain technology to customers a week or two after delivery
