Kawtar is a young talented girl who joined the Digi tal& Services Department in Châtillon Office, as a Development Software Engineer.

Tell us something about you Kawtar…I completed my Master Degree in Computer Science and New Technologies at the EcoleNationale Supérieure des Mines de Saint-Etienne in November 2015. During the final year I’ve done an internship in Capgemini as Software engineer - IT Consultant.

What were the challenges encountered if any? And th e benefits?Code in Agile with people that you have never met before is challenging at the beginning but also interesting and funny. The benefits of this Program are severals: gain a lot of experience, build your capabilities, share knowledge and best practices, travel, build an international network and also have new friends from all over the world!

What are your suggestions for future graduates that are going to apply for this Program?You need to be very motivated, open minded and also open to new opportunities. You will work in teams and share best practices with other people so for AXA your soft skills are important as your technical skills.
