III. QUY NH AN TON Khng s dng thit b trong mi trng d chy n. Khng ngn mch ngun pin. Khng t ngun ln hn 30V vo 02 u que o, ngoi tr vic o in p vi di 30V.CHNG 3 QUY TRNH S DNG THIT BI. Cc chc nng: to ngun hay gi lp tn hiu, hiu chnh tng bc Stepping, chc nng Ramp, Set v Reset gi tr pht. Bt gi nh (ch Capture).2) o. ch Basic Mode, ta c th n cc phm v la chn i lng trong list hin ra o hoc pht. S dng cc phm Up/Down chuyn cc mn hnh SOURCE hoc MEASURE.a) o Volt/Milivolt/Hz Chuyn sang mn hnh MEASURE, n phm , s dng cc nt Up/Down v ENTER la chn thng s cn o. tng chnh xc, ta chp 2 que o li v n phm la chn (softkey) Zero xa gi tr v 0. Hnh 5: o Volt/ Milivolt

b) m xung Chuyn sang mn hnh MEASURE, n phm , s dng cc nt Up/Down ti i lng th 4 trong list la chn v ENTER xc nhn. n phm la chn Options hin ra giao din Setup cho m xung. y ta c th thay i sn pht hin xung. Sau khi thc hin m xung xong, ta c th n phm la chn Zero reset vic m xung v bt u ln m xung mi. Kt ni gic cm nh hnh v.

Hnh 6: o xungc) o in tr Chuyn sang mn hnh MEASURE, n phm , s dng cc nt Up/Down v ENTER la chn cc di o. n phm Options Softkey hin ra giao din ci t o in tr. tng chnh xc, ta chp 2 que o li v n phm la chn (softkey) Zero xa gi tr v 0. Kt ni gic cm nh hnh v

Hnh 6: o in trd) Kim tra tip im ( Limit Switch ) Chuyn sang mn hnh MEASURE, n phm , s dng cc nt Up/Down ti i lng th 3 trong list la chn v ENTER xc nhn. S dng sofkey View xem bng ghi kt qu kim tra vi s lng ti a l 10. Mt bn ghi th hin trng thi ca tip im v gi tr ngun. Kt ni gic cm nh hnh v.

Nu la chn ch tham chiu bn ngoi, ta phi nhp vo mt gi tr nhit tham chiu c nh trc khi tin hnh o cp nhit. Chuyn sang mn hnh MEASURE, n phm, s dng cc nt Up/Down ti i lng th nht trong list la chn v ENTER xc nhn. n Options Softkey hin ra giao din Setup cho php o. y ta c th thay i kiu cm bin cp nhit, n v nhit (, K, ) v phng php b kt ni tiu chun. t c chnh xc php o nhit cao hn, ta c th set zero gi tr o c trong php o milivolt. Kt ni gic cm nh hnh v.

Hnh 8: o cp nhit

g) o RTDThit b h tr 11 dng RTD thng thng, ngoi ra cn ta cn c th thm vo c 10 dng khc ty . Thit b chp nhn cc kiu kt ni u vo RTD 2W, 3W, 4W. Kiu kt ni 4W cho kt qu o chnh xc hn. Chuyn sang mn hnh MEASURE, n phm , s dng cc nt Up/Down ti i lng th 2 trong list la chn v ENTER xc nhn. n Options Softkey hin ra giao din Setup cho php o. y ta c th thay i kiu cm bin RTD, kiu kt ni v n v nhit (, K, ). t c chnh xc php o nhit cao hn, ta c th set zero gi tr o c trong php o in tr. Kt ni gic cm nh hnh v.

Hnh 9: o RTD

h) o p lcMc o ny ch s dng khi c thm module p lc.Khi module p lc c kt ni, biu tng p lc s xut hin trn thanh trng thi v ng thi c ting bip pht ra. Hnh 10 th hin cc kt ni khi o p lc.

Hnh 10: o p lc.Thc hin cc bc sau o p lc: Chuyn sang mn hnh MEASURE, nhn phm 01 hoc 02 ln. S dng cc nt Up/Down ti i lng th nht trong danh sch la chn v nhn ENTER xc nhn. Nhn phm mm Unit hin ra danh sch la chn n v o c h tr bi thit b. Nhn phm mm Module hin ra cc thng tin v thit b. tng chnh xc cho php o, ta c th nhn phm Zero trc khi thc hin php o.3) To ngun ch Basic Mode, ta c th n cc phm v la chn i lng trong list hin ra pht. S dng cc phm Up/Down chuyn mn hnh t MEASURE sang SOURCE.a) Thay i gi tr pht ra mn hnh Basic Mode, ta n 1 phm s bt k s thy 1 hp hin ra vi s ta va bm trn phn hin th gi tr pht. y chnh l gi tr u ra ca i lng c pht. Nhn Enter nu ta ng , n Abort softkey hoc Esc hy la chn.Ch rng nu ta khng lm g trong khong 15s th hp chn s s t ng tt v khng c gi tr mi no c thc hin. Thit b s t ng nh gi gi tr nhp vo l hp l hay khng. Nu n vt di u ra th gi tr s t ng b loi b.b) Tinh chnh gi tr pht ra. ch Basic Mode, nhn cc phm Left/Right tinh chnh gi tr Source. Ch s c iu chnh s c du gch chn. Ta c th s dng cc phm s nhp vo gi tr hoc dng Up/Down tng gim gi tr . Gi tr c thay i s c tc ng tc thi ti u ra. thot ch tinh chnh, n Esc hoc Enter.Ch nu ta khng thay i g trong khong 15s th thit b s t ng thot trng thi tinh chnh v ta khng th thay i c g nu gi tr nhp vo vt qu di u ra. Lc ny thit b s pht ra ting bp.c) Reset gi tr pht. ch Basic Mode, trong cc trng hp ngun pht Volt, milivolt, tn s, in tr v dng in, thit b h tr chc nng reset. Bng cch bm vo phm Reset softkey v u ra s c gi tr bng khng ngay tc th.d) To mc thay i gi tr.Trc khi to bc thay i, ta phi thc hin cc thit lp trong Step Setting. Bng cch chuyn sang mn hnh SOURCE v nhn phm softkey Step, ta s vo bng thit lp ca ch Step.

Hnh 11: Ci t tng bc (Stepping Configuration)Gi tr bt u khng c trng vi gi tr kt thc v chng khng c vt qu di u ra. C 3 ch Stepping: Engineering unit, scale v step points.Nu ch engineering unit th Transfer function lun l Linear.Lu l ch ch auto step th cc gi tr Run Mode v Step Time mi c hiu lc. Di ca Step Time l 1~3600s.Di y l hnh nh ca kt qu Stepping gi tr u ra.

Hnh 12: Kt qu Stepping thc hin Manual Stepping, ta lm nh sau: Chuyn sang vng hin th SOURCE . Nhn phm softkey STEP vo thit lp Stepping v ci t cc thng s nh sau :+ Gi tr Start + Gi tr End+ Step Mode: Eng. Units, Scale hoc Step Points+ Step Size (Scale or Count, ty theo la chn ca Step Mode)+ Trans Function: Linear hay Square Root Nhn phm softkey Done hay Enter hon thnh vic thit lp, sau thit b s t ng chuyn qua mn hnh ch Basic Mode. Nhn phm softkey Manual qua ch Manual Stepping v nhn Next tng bc thay i mc gi tr Nhn phm softkey Exit hay Esc thot ch Stepping thc hin Auto Stepping, ta lm nh sau: Chuyn sang vng hin th SOURCE. Nhn phm softkey STEP vo thit lp Stepping v ci t cc thng s nh sau :+ Gi tr Start + Gi tr End+ Step Mode: Eng. Units, Scale hoc Step Points+ Step Size (Scale or Count, ty theo la chn ca Step Mode)+ Trans Function: Linear hay Square Root Nhn phm softkey Done hay Enter hon thnh vic thit lp, sau thit b s t ng chuyn qua mn hnh ch Basic Mode. Nhn phm softkey Auto thc hin ch Stepping t ng. Nhn softkey lc ny chuyn sang PAUSE. tm dng ch t ng nhn PAUSE. Nhn softkey lc ny chuyn sang RESUME v ta c th tr li ch t ng bng cch nhn phm softkey ny. Nhn phm softkey Exit hay Esc thot ch Steppinge) Ramp gi tr u raCc i lng pht ra u c th thc hin Ramp gi tr tr xung v tn s. Trc khi thc hin Ramp, ta phi thit lp trong Ramp Setting bng cch nhn vo phm softkey Ramp, hp sau s hin ra.

Hnh 13: Ci t Ramp (Ramp Configuration)

Gi tr bt u khng c trng vi gi tr kt thc v khng c vt qu di u ra.Ch rng ch Ramp c theo mt sn ln hoc xung. V sn ln v xung l i xng. Trong trng hp gi tr bt u v kt thc l c nh th thi gian Ramp cng di, Ramp cng chm v kch thc tng bc cng nh. Di ca Ramp Time l 1~3600s.

Hnh 14: Kt qu Ramp gi tr u raThc hin cc bc nh sau Ramp kt qu u ra: Chuyn sang vng hin th SOURCE. Nhn phm softkey RAMP vo thit lp Rampping v ci t cc thng s nh sau:+ Gi tr Start+ Gi tr End+ Ramp Time: Rise Time/ Fall Time+Run Mode: Repeat or Single shot Nhn phm softkey Done hay Enter hon thnh vic thit lp, sau thit b s t ng chuyn qua mn hnh ch Basic Mode. Nhn phm softkey Start hay Enter bt u vic Ramp t ng. Nhn phm softkey lc ny l Pause. tm dng vic Ramp t ng, nhn Pause. Lc ny nhn phm softkey l Resume. Nhn Resume tr li vic Ramp t ng. Nhn Exit hay Enter thot ch Rampping.f) Ngun MilivoltThc hin cc bc sau to ngun Millivolts: Chuyn sang mn hnh SOURCE, n phm , s dng cc nt Up/Down ti i lng u tin trong danh sch la chn v ENTER xc nhn chuyn sang to ngun Millivolts. Nhn s bm trc tip hoc nhn phm la chn Option vo mc thit lp cc tham s v thc hin theo cc mc trn c c cc dng in p cn to.g) Ngun VoltTng t nh to ngun Millivolt, nhng trong danh sch la chn hin ra, ta chn mc th hai.h) Ngun xungThc hin cc bc sau to ngun xung: Chuyn sang mn hnh SOURCE, n phm , s dng cc nt Up/Down ti i lng th 4 trong list la chn v ENTER xc nhn. Nhn softkey Options vo mc thit lp cc tham s ca tn s pht ra. mc ny ta thay i c sn xung, bin v tn s xung. Tham kho cc mc 3.1, 3.2 la chn phng php thay i u ra m ta cn. Nhn phm softkey Start bt u pht xung v softkey lc ny chuyn sang Stop. Nu ta mun dng vic pht xung, nhn Stop.i) To gi tr in tr Thc hin cc bc sau to 1 gi tr in tr: Chuyn qua mn hnh SOURCE, n phm Nhn Up/Down la chn di pht ra (1400 hay 14000 c trong danh sch hin ra) v nhn Enter xc nhn. Tham kho cc mc 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5 la chn phng php thay i u ra m ta cn.j) Ngun dng Thc hin cc bc sau to ngun dng: Chuyn qua mn hnh SOURCE, nhn phm S dng cc phm Up/Down la chn cc ch dng (Internal 24VDC loop power / External power). Nhn Enter xc nhn. Khi to dng in vi ngun trong (Internal power), ngun vng 24VDC phi c trng thi On. Nu khng n cng t ng c On khi ta chn ch ny.
