Job Description :1. Responsible for the overall management and execution of facilities Brownfield

modification/retrofit projects for Train 1-7, AKG, Offsites, Offshore and Utilities

Asset facilities for RGPMS Category IV- Category V projects (less than US$50Mvalue) per the updated project categorization matrix while adhering to and

optimizing Safety, Health and Environment (SHE), Quality, Cost, Schedule and

Business Controls requirements.2. Jointly accountable with RasGas Operation Technical Department (OTD) pre-Gate

2 focal point for the optimization of pre-Gate 2 (Concept Engineering) project

scope, development of optimal execution strategy with schedule enhancement

and cost optimization efforts while ensuring quality deliverables and expeditiousGate 2 handover.

3. Lead post Gate 2 activities and their deliverables including but not limited toDBM development (Front End Engineering Design), funding requirements, project

controls, detailed design, procurement of materials, contracting, fabrication,

erection, hook-up and commissioning start-up.4. Prepare the required deliverables related to and secure Gate 3, Gate 4 and

Gate 5 approvals.

5. The position will have direct responsibility for including but not limited to SHE,environmental protection, regulatory compliance, quality, expenditures and

schedule related to assigned projects, generally starting after the completion ofGate 2 (start of Front End Engineering Design) till Gate 5 (start-up of the

modified facilities).

6. Coordinate the overall and support the generation of key technical andexecution inputs for the execution of RasGas Agreements with external

stakeholders.

7. Develop complete scope of work for the engagement of Contractors and providethe required amount of surveillance and/or supervision on Contractors work.

8. Interface with other departments, ExxonMobil, Qatar Petroleum, RLIC, and othercounterparts as necessary to ensure appropriate projects communication andother requirement.

9. Represent Project Execution Section in Asset Level Team Meeting to presentAsset-wide projects progress report, overall planning and managing of projectsand support Assets in work prioritization.

10.Support coaching of junior engineers including NDP graduate engineers.11.This position requires minimal work supervision and will report to the Train 1-7

and/or AKG, Offsites, Offshore and Utilities Projects Heads.

Qualifications :1. B. Sc. degree in Engineering2. 10-year project engineering or management experience in the Oil and Gas

industry including 5-year experience with LNG industry exposure in the areas of

Brownfield modification/retrofit work in supervising or managing multi-discipline

engineers or technical professional.3. Possess strong leadership skills especially in the areas of quality orientation,

analytical capability, building positive working relationship, applied learning,

planning and organizing, initiating actions and interpersonal effectiveness withability and strong commitment to multi-disciplinary teamwork.

4. In-depth knowledge of project execution practices and procedures.5. Able to work independently for effective interface and coordination with all

entities; including but not limited to internal and external stakeholders; and

upward reporting to management.

6. Possess knowledge and capabilities in plant design engineering, risk assessment,projects scoping, planning and execution.

7. Able to perform multiple tasks with adaptability to shift priorities and change inwork scope and time constraints to meet urgent demands.

8. Able to exercise good business judgment in making decisions; knows when toseek advice while responsible for own work product with minimal guidance and

oversight from immediate supervisor.9. Possess good written and verbal communication skills in English language.10.Possess effective ability to adapt to a multi-national environment with wide

exposure to various cultures and customs.11.Possess desirable coaching skills.
