DYNAMIC PERFORATION & PUNCHING - TC 1550 PLUS

Tecnau TC 1550 PLUS series operates in line with high speed digital printing systems and finishing

equipment and offers maximum flexibility for dynamic horizontal and vertical perforations, as well

as for dynamic punching which can be added in a modular design. Thanks to the new “PLUS”

technology, the TC 1550 can run up to 180m/min (600 fpm) and reduce the minimum distance

between two perforations at maximum speed, with an increased flexibility in applications.

What is new?

� Reduced distance between two consecutive cross perf from 6” to 3.5” at 150m/min (500 fpm)

thanks to a dual blade system per cylinder

� Speed up to 180 m/min (600 fpm)

� Easy and quick on site upgradability for speed and second blade

� Increased cross and vertical perforation accuracy at maximum speed

STATIC PUNCH & PERF - TC 1750

Launched at Drupa 2012, Tecnau TC 1750 has been developed to make tractor holes and

programmable static fanfold perforations in line with high speed digital printing systems.

Tecnau TC 1750 can now be operated as pre-printing (standard) or post-printing processing

solution, in line with tight or loose web printers.

What is new?

� A unique post-processing solution for continuous punch & perf applications

� Any possible risk of contamination of the printing heads from paper waste and dust is

eliminated

� Mark printing device for TC 1750 and printer synchronization integrated into LasermaxRoll 550

unwinder for white paper management after printer stops

CUT-SHEET PERFORATOR – TC 1535

Tecnau TC 1535 dynamic perforator has been developed to dynamically perforate pre-printed cut-

sheets. Once processed, cut sheets are stacked and delivered on a pack conveyor.

What is new?

� “L” configuration and a wheel-based perforation system increase perf accuracy

� 2D Code reading system for “on the fly” perf, stack according to customer orders and deliver

group by group

� Up to 12 (6+6) perforation wheels and productivity up to 12.000 sheets/hour

� Sheet size up to 329x483mm (13x19 inches), paper weight from 80 gsm to 250 gsm

INPUT CHANNEL FOR INSERTING MACHINES

Presented the first time at Drupa 2012, TecnauGroup has launched for full scale production the

new feeding input system for high speed inserting machines. LasermaxRoll u10 and Tecnau

TC 7800 pinless cutter run up to 200m/min (680 fpm) and process up to 80.000 A4 sheets per hour

(84.000 11” form). Thanks to the new SmartBuffer solution, the system keeps the maximum speed

also when processing an uneven number of pages, enhancing the overall performance of the

inserting workflow.

30” WIDE STREAMFOLDER – f30

LasermaxRoll f30 StreamFolder has been developed to process wide web forms for book-blocks

production targeted to short run and book-of-one. In connection with Tecnau and LasermaxRoll

cutters and stackers, it can process variable form length at 150m/min (500 fpm). Together with

the TC 5300 unwinder, TC 8300 Perforator and TC 7900 Tripla cutter, the f30 StreamFolder

increase the range of solutions available for 30” wide web applications.

BOOK ON DEMAND – LIBRA 800

Libra is a unique solution for fully automated book on demand production. With a productivity up
