Mis hermanas y hermanos en Cristo,
Este viernes 1o. De noviembre tendremos
nuestra celebración anual de todos los Santos.
Por favor consulte la información sobre el
horario de Misas para ese dia en paginas inter-
nas de este boletin, ya que es un “Dia de Fies-
ta Obligatorio”. En días de Fiesta Obligatorio,
necesitamos asistir a Misa porque esos aspec-
tos de nuestra fe son escenciales para noso-
tros. Pero, además de la obligacion legal ex-
terna de asistir a Misa, deberiamos sentir la
necesidad internamente.
Respecto a Todos los Santos, yo particular-
mente siento la necesidad de celebrarlos. En
estos tiempos modernos, con muchos retos en
nuestra fe, necesitamos su inspiración . Nece-
sitamos el ejemplo de sus heróicas vidas. Ne-
cesitamos sentirnos cerca de ellos. Necesita-
mos su apoyo y su guía todos los días.
Nunca olvidemos a los Santos, porque ellos
son la mejor parte de nuestra Iglesia Católica.
Deberíamos sentirnos honrados por estar en
su compañía. Luego entonces, vamos a cele-
brarlos con alegría y acerquémonos mas a
ellos en esta fiesta por venir.

My brothers and sisters in Christ,
This Friday November 1 we will have our an-
nual celebration of All Saints. Please see this
bulletin for information on the Mass schedule
since it is a “Holy Day of Obligation”. On
Holy Days of Obligation we need to attend
Mass because these aspects of our faith are
essential to us. But apart from the external
legal obligation to attend Mass, we should
feel the need internally.
With regard to All the Saints, I particularly
feel the need to celebrate them. In these mod-
ern times with many challenges to our faith,
we need their inspiration. We need the exam-
ple of their heroic lives. We need to feel close
to them. We need their support and guidance
every day.
Let us never forget that the Saints are the best
part of our Catholic Church. We should be
honored to be in their company. Let us there-
fore celebrate them with joy and draw closer
to them by this upcoming feast.

QUINCEAÑERAS: Las celebraciones se harán en grupo una
vez al mes. Necesitará llamar a la oficina parroquial para
registrarse con 3 meses de anticipación. Tendrán que asistir
a un retiro que se hace cada dos meses.
PRESENTACIONES: Se llevan a cabo el segundo Sábado de
cada mes, a las 10:00 a.m. Por favor llame a la oficina

R.I.C.A. Rito de Iniciación Cristiana de Adultos, es un proceso
de estudio y oración para quienes se unen a la Fe Católica.

Infant Baptisms: Congratulations!
We look forward to welcoming your child into the life of the
Church. It is required for parents to attend two preparation
classes before having their child baptized. Please call the
Parish Center to register for classes prior to the birth of your
child. When choosing godparents, please keep in mind that
godparents are required to be practicing Catholics who have
received the sacraments of Baptism, the Eucharist, and
Confirmation and are at least 16 years of age.
WEDDINGS: Arrangements are to be made six months in advance
with one of the priests.
RECONCILIATION (CONFESSION): Saturdays, 4:00 to 4:45 p.m.
in the Church, or anytime by appointment.
ANOINTING OF THE SICK: Call the Parish Center immediately
in case of emergency, or to schedule a visitation for the
homebound or for the hospitalized.
NEW PARISHIONERS: Registration in parish required for
Baptism, Religious Ed. Classes, etc. Please stop by our Parish
Office between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
HOMEBOUND, NURSING HOMES AND HOSPITAL VISITS:
Priests and Pastoral Care Ministers are available for visits.

CATECHUMENATE: Preparation for adults who have not been
baptized, not received First Eucharist and/or have not been
confirmed. Please, call 231-0013 for more information.
RELIGIOUS EDUCATION: To register your children, you need to be

RCIA - Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults, is a process of
study and prayer for those wish join the Catholic Faith.
