    The seller has ownership of Apex Marble and Granite and its AMG Casework division who occupy the main building. Additionally, Davey Tree Expert Company is a tenant of two accessory buildings on the property with a lease in place.

    They primarily seek to sign a five-year lease with the buyer. A proposed term sheet is included within this Offering Memorandum.

    This property has been in family hands dating back to 1915 with the construction of the original farmhouse currently occupied by Davey Tree. Family business has grown and evolved over the years, leading to eventual construction of the 24,650 square foot building in 1995. Apex Marble and Granite was started in 1999 and been in this location for 15 years.
