e-Employee: Development of SME personnel in the use of ICT in Poland

Challenge:• Increasing competitiveness of

SME by improvement of their human resources potential

Direct objective:

• Development of skills and qualifications of management personnel and employees of SME-s in the area of modern ICT solutions

• All over 17 000 trainees will participate in the training courses offered by the project

Members of project consortium:

• Foundation for Economic Education

• Seven universities/ institutes

• OP for Human Resources (2.3. Development of personnel for modern economy)

• ESF contribution 16 MEUR
