2017 Budget Summary-HHS Volleyball

Treasurer-CFO: Refund

• Refunds. Refunds considered on a case-by-case basis by the officers. • Example that may warrant a refund action is:

• Injury to player that precludes play– essentially, the player is “done for the season”.

• If approved, donations refunded will be on a prorated basis reflecting the remainder of the season of play remaining from the time the officers of the HHS Volleyball Boosters Club, Inc officers are notified in writing; email constitutes written notification.

• Time of refund payment will be determined upon adjudication of the situation (translation must have funds on-hand)

• The HHS Volleyball Boosters Club, Inc. positon of “no refunds” is not punitive. • We budget and receives funds sufficient to operate on a per player basis.

• Every player refunded = a higher contribution level req’d by remaining players.

• HHS Volleyball fiduciary obligations to support the program include but not limited to • tournament registrations;

• recurring services as reflected in the annual budget, etc.

• These are non-negotiable expenses and without payment, will result in our program unable to participate in games, tournaments, etc.
