WITHOUT ADDITIONAL COST TO OWNER ANY FURNITURE, FIXTURE, FINISH OR
SYSTEM DAMAGED BY THE CONTRACTOR DURING THE EXECUTION OF THEWORK OF THE CONTRACT.
6. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL CLEAN UP THE CONSTRUCTION SITE AT THE END OF
EACH WORKING DAY AND REMOVE ALL TRASH AND DEBRIS FROM THE SITE. THECONTRACTOR SHALL NOT ALLOW ADJACENT AREAS TO BECOME DUSTY, DIRTY
OR CLUTTERED AS A RESULT OF CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS. THE
CONTRACTOR SHALL PERFORM FINAL CLEAN UP PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE OF THE
COMPLETED WORK.
7. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PATCH AND FINISH, TO MATCH EXISTING, ANY
ADJACENT ROOMS OR CORRIDORS WHICH ARE AFFECTED IN ANY MANNER BY
THIS CONSTRUCTION, INCLUDING THOSE SPACES ABOVE OR BELOW THE SITEWHICH MAY PROVIDE REQUIRED ACCESS TO THE WORK. THE CONTRACTOR
SHALL COORDINATE SUCH ADJACENT ACCESS REQUIREMENTS WITH OWNER,
ALLOWING AS MUCH ADVANCED NOTICE AS IS PRACTICAL.
8. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FILL AND PATCH ALL OPENING AND HOLES, SEAL
AROUND ALL PIPES, DUCTS, CONDUIT, ETC., AND ENSURE THE INTEGRITY OF ALL
REQUIRED FIRE AND/OR SMOKE SEPARATIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH
APPLICABLE CODES AND ORDINANCES.
9. WORK WITH NOISE PRODUCING EQUIPMENT IS SUBJECT, AT ALL TIME, TO THE
OWNER'S APPROVAL OF THE ENTIRE PROCEDURE.
10. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL CONTACT THE OWNER IN WRITING TO SCHEDULE ALL
UTILITY SHUTDOWNS REQUIRED FOR THE WORK. A MINIMUM OF 72 HOURS
NOTICE SHALL BE REQUIRED FOR ANY SHUTDOWN; SHUTDOWNS ARE TO BE
SCHEDULED BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 6:00 PM AND 6:00 AM MONDAY THRUFRIDAY AND FRIDAY THRU MONDAY AND WEEKENDS.
11. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT TO THE OWNER A MATERIAL SAFETY DATA
SHEET FOR ANY VOLATILE, FLAMMABLE, EXPLOSIVE, CORROSIVE, ORPOISONOUS MATERIALS BEFORE DELIVERY TO THE PREMISES.
12. CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED TO VISIT THE SUITE BEFORE ANY BIDS ARE
SUBMITTED TO VERIFY AND CHECK EXISTING CONDITIONS.
13. IF DRAWINGS ARE IN CONFLICT, THE GREATER AMOUNT OF WORK SHALL BE

d. DIFFERENTIATION BETWEEN VALVE TAMPER AND OPENS AND OR GROUNDS ON THEINITIATING CIRCUIT WIRING IS PROVIDED BY THE LATTER BEING REPORTED AS TROUBLES.
e. ACTIVATION OF A ZONE VALVE SUPERVISORY SWITCH WILL NOT PREVENT THE ALARM
EVENTS LISTED ABOVE FROM OCCURRING.
f. RESTORING THE VALVE TO THE NORMAL POSITION WILL CAUSE THE SUPERVISORYSERVICE AUDIBLE SIGNAL TO PULSE INDICATING THE RESTORATION TO NORMAL POSITION.
THE SUPERVISORY SERVICE ACKNOWLEDGE KEY WILL SILENCE THE AUDIBLE SIGNAL.
