My Values and Beliefs

Values are deeply held views of what we find worthwhile. These are associated with that which we appreciate, respect, or cherish. They come from many sources: parents, religion, schools, peers, people we admire, customs, and traditions.

However, she frequently leaves with the kids when the busses leave. One day in October, you over hear other members of the school staff discussing how they feel it is unfair that the paraeducator leaves before contractual hours almost everyday. What are the steps you would take to resolve this problem?
