Appendix 4: Board Authorized Courses in Grades 10-12

All Grade 10 BAA Courses will require that the BAA Framework Template.and BAA Course Form be prepared for review. The Course Form requires advance signoff by the School principal (Part A) and the School Authority (Part B) before it is reviewed and signed off by inspection team (Part C).
Please prepare a list of this year's new and/or updated Grade 10 Board/Authority Authorized Courses that are being offered, the Ministry course code assigned to each, and the authority approval dates.
Verify that BAA courses which are sequential have specific curricular components that do NOT repeat educational content.

Appendix 5: $600 Capped Third Party Services at the School
1. Attach the School’s Third Party reimbursement policy or describe how the School is managing per family ISP reimbursements not exceeding $350 annually and describe exceptions.N.B. In order to align independent and public DL programs, Ministry will remove ISP fee reimbursements starting next school year. Only first-time internet connection (hook up) will be eligible for financial support.
2. Describe how the School is managing the third party service/resource allocations for students designated with levels 1-3 and K-P-Q-R special needs and IEPs.
3. Provide an anticipated number of students in career technical program courses, post-secondary transition courses for whom the $600 cap does not apply.
4. Describe the resources-on-loan available to students from the School’s resource bank.
