As social and economic development, people increasingly pay attention to flight this transport, because of its convenient, fast and quality and efficient services. However, sometimes the plan is to keep up with changes, the cabin will be some temporary emergency situation, at this time， flight attendants played a crucial role. Only with good psychological quality flight attendants can unruffled, how to deal with unexpected situations is a challenge to our ability to flight attendants key.

Case  1： December 24, 1982, one IL-18 aircraft from Changsha to Guangzhou, Guangzhou landing after a fire, the aircraft caught fire after landing in Guangzhou, aircraft scrap, there are 25 passengers were killed. The fundamental cause of the accident is smoking passengers, causing electrical compartment fire
