Neil Bazley is a Senior Business Analyst with over 16 years experience in logistics, software development, business analysis and business process management. Neil's prior roles have included software sales, project manager, team lead and of course, business analyst.  He is currently a contract business analyst with a focus on business process, business rules and organizational change management in the energy industry.

In the business analysis community, Neil has been active as both the Vice President Marketing and Communications and the President of the Calgary IIBA Chapter.  He is now the Deputy Vice President Chapters and chairs the Chapter Start Up Committee. Neil holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan. He is also involved in business architecture, business process and organizational change management organizations. Neil lives and works in Calgary Canada.

To Qualify for the Exams Certification of Competency in Business Analysis™

(CCBA™) Minimum 3,750 hours of BA work, aligned with the BABOK® Guide, in the

last 7 years. These hours must include EITHER: 900 hours in 2 out of 6 BABOK® Guide Knowledge Areas, OR 500 hours in 4 out of 6 BABOK® Guide Knowledge Areas

Minimum 21 hours of Professional Development in the last 4 years
