孩子们制定的方案成为了南京市两会的提案，有关政府部门采纳了同学的方案，自 2008 年始，为全市一年级小学生免费办理了学生证！ The plans by the children have become the proposals presented to Nanjing Municipal People’s Congress and the CPPCC, and the related administrative departments have adopted the plan and issued students IDs for the pupils of 1st grade in Nanjing gratis!
