The Creative Problem Solving workshop will give participants an over- view of the entire creative problem solving process, as well as key problem solving tools that they can use every day. INTRODUCTION In the past few decades, psychologists and business people alike have

discovered that successful problem solvers tend to use the same type

The Creative Problem Solving workshop will give participants an over-

view of the entire creative problem solving process, as well as key

FACILITATOR

Hazel Sia is a certified professional trainer

and has been actively training since

2011. Besides conducting public courses,

she has worked with various clienteles,

from SME, banks, retail chains, govern-

ment bodies, MNC to NGO. Her most

recent project was a 2-month intensive

Client Orientation program with a UN

agency, World Health Organization. In

addition, she also works as a consultant

at Lee Hecht Harrison – a global talent

mobility firm and through the company, has coached staff mem-

bers from MNCs such as Microsoft, Intel, Lenovo and Colgate.

Prior to being based in Kuala Lumpur, she had worked in Singa-

pore, Japan, Hong Kong and China. She started her working years

at Singapore Airlines, then at Cathay Pacific Airways. In mid-90s,

she relocated to China, worked at a niched design and printing

firm that catered to the hospitality industry, when international

hotel chains were making inroads to China. In order to cope with

both child care and career, she decided to return to Malaysia

and set up her own telecommunication equipment company,

supplying to Telekom Malaysia, Maxis, Time Dotcom and other

telcos. About 5 years ago while volunteering at some conferences

and seminars, she found her passion in training and the rest is - as

they say -history.

Already in her late 40s and due to her wide-ranging work, life and

entrepreneurial experiences, Hazel is able to connect with partici-

pants from different backgrounds, whether young adults eager to

succeed or those in mid-life seeking a career change. Her lively

approach to training, highly interactive delivery, clear and simple

language used, warm personality has made her a popular and

impactful trainer.She specializes in Effective Communications Skills,

Motivation and Performance Excellence, along with other cus-

tomized courses.
