Abstract

The abstract of a research paper within the scope of this symposium should be is a succinct summary of the article's purpose, main points, method, findings, and conclusions. If your research is a part of project and is not yet complete, you may still include preliminary results or your hypotheses about what those results will be. After a succinct summary of your study, your abstract should close with a statement of your study's implications and contributions to its field. It should convince readers that the project is interesting, valuable, and worth investigating further. The length of the abstract should be a minimum of 200 and a maximum of 400 words. Please carefully check it from the world count option from word processors. The title of the paper should be 14-point, name-surname 12-point and affiliations 10-point. The text should be single spaced in 12-point Times New Roman. Do not Include scientific symbols, acronyms, bullets, tables, lists, figures and photos. The abstract should be confined within a single paragraph. We recommend that you download these directions as a MS Word document and use it as the template for your abstract as it contains all necessary formats and styles. The content of the abstract will be the basis for acceptance of the paper presentation at the international research conference. The abstracts will be peer reviewed and authors will be informed about acceptance for presentation via email. All the participants should write an abstract in English. The authors whose mother tongues are Turkish should write both Turkish and English. The abstract should be written in MS Word programme and should be sent as an attachment to the “https://kongresistemi.com/iesko2019” portal as a "doc" or "docx" file. Please choose your presentation type (oral or poster) and your presentation language (Turkish or English) in the section above under your title.

Özet

Bu sempozyum kapsamında sunacağınız araştırma makalenizin özeti; makalenin amacını, ana noktalarını, yöntemini, bulgularını ve sonuçlarını içermelidir. Eğer araştırma makaleniz bir projenin herhangi bir bölümünü içeriyor ve henüz tamamlanmamışsa ilksel sonuçlarınızı veya kurduğunuz hipotezinize ait sonuçlarınızı bu sempozyum kapsamında sunabilirsiniz. Çalışmanızın kısa bir özetini sunduktan sonra sonuçlarınız çıkarımlarınızı ve çalıştığınız alana yapacağınız katkıyı içermelidir. Çalışmanız okuyucu ve dinleyicileri; bilgilendirme, ilksel sonuçları sunma, ilginç, yenilikçi, değerli ve daha fazla araştırmaya değer olduğu konusunda ikna etmelidir. Özetinizin uzunluğu en az 200, en fazla 400 kelime olmalıdır. Lütfen MS Word programlarında sözcük sayımı seçeneğinden dikkatlice kontrol ediniz. Makalenin başlığı 14 punto, isim-soyadı 12 punto ve çalışma yeriniz 10 punto olmalıdır. Metin 12 punto Times New Roman formatında olmalı ve satırlar arası tek boşluk bırakılmalıdır. Özetiniz, bilimsel semboller, kısaltmalar, madde işaretleri, tablolar, listeler, şekiller ve fotoğraflar içermemelidir. Özet, tek bir paragrafta sınırlandırılmalıdır. Bu yazılı açıklama tüm biçimleri ve stilleri içerdiğinden özetiniz için şablon olarak kullanılabilir. Özetinizin içeriği VI. Uluslararası Deprem Sempozyumu Kocaeli 2019' da bildirinizin sunuma kabul edilmesinde temel olacaktır. Tüm özetler konu ile ilgili hakemler tarafından irdelenerek yazarlara e-posta yoluyla bilgi verilecektir. Tüm katılımcılar İngilizce olarak bir özet yazmalıdır. Anadili Türkçe olan yazarların hem Türkçe hem de İngilizce yazması gerekir. Özet, MS Word programında yazılmalı ve "https://kongresistemi.com/iesko2019" portalına "doc" veya "docx" dosyasına ek olarak gönderilmelidir. Lütfen sunum türünüzü (sözlü ya da poster) ve sunum dilinizi (Türkçe veya İngilizce) yukarıda makale başlığınızın olduğu bölümde belirtiniz.
