How to Use This Directory (EN) The Youth Exchange Officers Directory is intended to facilitate communication between Youth Exchange officers and may only be used for Rotary Youth Exchange purposes. The directory shall not be made available or distributed by Rotarians, clubs or districts for any commercial purpose or for the purpose of circularization in either electronic or printed format. (Rotary Code of Policies 11.030.6). The directory includes the following information: Non-certified Districts Page 8 A non-certified district is not permitted to initiate any new exchanges. Districts that have become non-certified may continue with exchanges that were planned or underway when the district was certified Districts that successfully fulfill the requirements will be certified and advised of their change in certification status. Please check www.rotary.org or contact RI staff if you are unsure of a partner district’s certification status. Any district that plans an exchange with a non-certified district jeopardizes its own certification status. Did one of your partner districts recently become decertified?

If your district has an exchange planned or underway with a district that recently became non-certified, please contact RI staff. After consulting with the student’s parents, your district may continue the exchange as planned in order to avoid penalizing the student. Certified District Contacts Page 9 Districts listed in this section have met the minimum requirements for certification and may fully participate in Youth Exchange. Due to differences among the cultures and legal systems of countries served by Youth Exchange, some districts have been certified with alternatives to specific requirements. These alternatives are described in the “District Specific Notes” column in the district listing section of this directory and meet minimum requirements set by the general secretary and the RI Board of Directors. A list of translated district specific note descriptions can be found in the back of the directory on page 118. Multidistrict Contacts Page 99 Certified districts may choose to form or join a multidistrict organization to provide various services and program assistance (RCOP 41.080.20). If you would like to initiate an exchange with a member of a multidistrict, it may be helpful to contact the multidistrict as well as the individual district. In the directory please note that a crossed out district (e.g. 1234) in the multidistrict listing indicates that the district is non-certified. The information on the following pages is current as of 15 July 2010.

Cómo usar el Directorio (ES)

La Lista de presidentes de Comités Distritales y funcionarios multidistritales del Intercambio de Jóvenes se publica con el objeto de agilizar las comunicaciones entre los funcionarios de dicho programa y sólo podrá utilizarse para tales fines. No se autorizará a ningún rotario, club ni distrito rotario a utilizar o distribuir este directorio con propósitos comerciales o de distribución de circulares, ni en formato impreso ni electrónico. (Rotary Code of Policies,

11.030.6). El directorio contiene la siguiente información: Distritos no certificados Página 3 Los distritos no certificados no están autorizados a iniciar intercambios nuevos. Los distritos que hubieran perdido su condición de certificados podrán continuar con los intercambios que ya hubieran programado o estuvieran en curso cuando el distrito contaba con la certificación. Se otorgará la certificación correspondiente a los distritos que cumplan todos los requisitos y se los notificará al respecto. Si dudara de la situación de un distrito hermanado para un intercambio, le recomendamos visitar el www.rotary.org o consultar con el personal de RI a cargo del programa. Todo distrito que programe un intercambio con otro distrito no certificado correrá el riesgo de perder su condición de distrito certificado. ¿Qué hacer si uno de los distritos hermanados hubiera perdido recientemente su condición de certificado?

Si su distrito ha organizado o estuviera llevando a cabo un intercambio con un distrito que recientemente perdió su condición de certificado, contacte de inmediato con el personal de RI. Después de consultar con los padres del participante, su distrito podrá optar por continuar con el intercambio según lo planeado a fin de que el estudiante en cuestión no se vea afectado. Debido a las diferencias culturales y de los sistemas jurídicos de los numerosos países donde funciona el Intercambio de Jóvenes, algunos distritos han sido certificados mediante opciones alternativas a ciertos requisitos específicos, las cuales se describen en la columna “Notas para el distrito” en la lista de distritos del presente directorio, y coinciden con los requisitos establecidos por el secretario general y la Directiva de RI. En la página 113 del directorio encontrará una lista con las citadas notas correspondientes a los respectivos distritos. Contactos en las organizaciones multidistritales Página 94 Los distritos certificados podrán establecer o afiliarse a una organización multidistrital a fin de proporcionar diversos servicios y apoyo al programa (Rotary Code of Policies, 41.080.20). Si estuviera interesado en llevar a cabo un intercambio con un miembro de una organización multidistrital, sería conveniente que contactara tanto con la organización multidistrital como con el distrito individual. Utilisation de l’annuaire des responsables Youth Exchange (FR) L’annuaire des responsables Youth Exchange a pour objet de faciliter la communication avec vos homologues du monde entier et ne doit être utilisée qu’à cette seule fin. L’annuaire ne doit pas être utilisé ou transmis par les Rotariens, les clubs ou les districts à des fins commerciales ou d’envoi de circulaires ou de prospectus, imprimés ou sous forme de courriers électroniques (Rotary Code of Policies 11.030.6.). Il contient les informations suivantes : Districts non certifiés et non participants Page 3 Ces districts ne sont pas autorisés à mettre en place de nouveaux échanges tant qu’ils n’auront pas obtenu leur certification. Ils peuvent cependant poursuivre les échanges prévus ou initiés lorsque le district était certifié. Districts certifiés Les districts listés dans cette partie de l’annuaire ont satisfait aux critères minimum de certification et sont autorisés à participer au programme Youth Exchange. La mise en place de critères minimum pouvant varier d’un pays à l’autre du fait des cultures et des législations, certains districts ont été certifiés en mettant en place des procédures spécifiques en remplacement de certains critères. Celles-ci apparaissent dans la colonne intitulée Notes

spécifiques au district de la partie de l’annuaire listant les districts qui remplissent les critères minimum établis par le secrétaire général et le conseil d’administration du Rotary. Une liste traduite des Notes spécifiques au district figure à la fin de l’annuaire à la page 113. Multidistricts Page 94 Plusieurs districts certifiés peuvent choisir de former une structure multidistrict destinée à fournir assistance quant aux programmes et services qu’ils proposent (Rotary Code of Policies, 41.080.20.).Si vous souhaitez initier un échange avec un district membre d’une organisation multidistrict, nous vous encourageons à contacter cette entité avant le district lui-même. Como usar este diretório (PT) O Diretório dos Dirigentes do Intercâmbio de Jovens destina-se a facilitar a comunicação entre os responsáveis por esta função, devendo ser utilizado apenas para esse fim e não podendo ser divulgado ou usado por rotarianos, clubes ou distritos para fins comerciais ou para distribuição de malas diretas, sejam em formato impresso ou eletrônico. (Código Normativo do Rotary 11.030.6). O diretório inclui as seguintes informações: Distritos não-certificados Pág. 3 Distritos não-certificados não estão autorizados a iniciar novos intercâmbios. No entanto, distritos cuja certificação não tenha sido renovada poderão realizar os intercâmbios planejados ou iniciados quando ainda eram certificados. Os distritos que cumprirem os requisitos receberão certificação e serão notificados sobre a mudança de situação. Pode ser que o intercâmbio seja autorizado, para não penalizar o estudante. Contatos de distritos certificados Pág. 4 Os distritos listados nesta seção são os que atenderam aos requisitos mínimos de certificação estipulados pelo RI para participarem integralmente do programa de Intercâmbio de Jovens. Devido a diferenças culturais e judiciais entre os países envolvidos no Intercâmbio de Jovens, muitos distritos foram certificados com base na aprovação de alternativas aos requisitos. Tais alternativas, aprovadas pelo secretário geral e conselho diretor do RI por atender aos requisitos mínimos, estão descritas na coluna “Observações Específicas ao Distrito” da lista (tradução na pág. 113 do diretório). Contatos de grupos multidistritais Pág. 94 Distritos certificados podem escolher formar um grupo multidistrital ou fazer parte de um já formado, para dar assistência com relação ao programa (Código Normativo do Rotary RCOP 41.080.20). Se desejar iniciar um intercâmbio com um distrito que pertence a um grupo multidistrital, é interessante que contate tanto o distrito quanto o grupo. Obs.: distritos de um grupo multidistrital que têm seu número riscado (ex.: 1234) foram classificados como não-certificados.

青少年交換役員名簿は、青少年交換役員同士の連絡を目的として作成されたものであり、ロータリー青少年

交換プログラムの目的のみにご使用いただくものです。ロータリアン、クラブ、地区は、この名簿を電子形式や

印刷形式で、営利や配布を目的として利用することはできません（ロータリー章典、 11.030.6）。この名簿には

次のような情報が掲載されています。

청소년교환 프로그램을 위한 용도로만 사용할 수 있습니다. 본 명부는 로타리안, 클럽 또는 지구에

A non-certified district is not permitted to initiate any new exchanges until it achieves certification. Districts that lose their certification may continue with exchanges that were planned or underway when the district was certified or provisionally certified if they obtain the authorization of their exchange partners.
