Communication• Diaries:
- Please read, sign, date and return each day.
- Home reader: Please record the title of the reader each day and sign to let us know reading has been completed.
- Changes: Please note any changes that would affect your child. This includes any changes with transport, the bus company must also be contacted.
• Email: We are happy to communicate by email. Please understand that we will endeavour to respond to emails within 24 hours as teaching your child is our priority. Please phone the school and leave a message if it is an urgent request.
• Year 1 Newsletter: Fortnightly and will be sent via email and made available on the OLP.
• Online Learning Platform (OLP): Currently being updated.• Birthdays: Please notify your classroom teacher if you would like to send in
cupcakes to celebrate your child’s birthday.• Appointments: Please make a note in your child’s diary or email us to request
an appointment.
Recess and Lunch
Recess: 9:45-10:05
Lunch: 11:40-12:00 Eating time
12:00-12:30 Play
Students who bring a packed lunch eat together in the classroom under the supervision of a Year One teacher.
Afternoon Snack
Hats - Students must wear their hats at all recess and lunch breaks. No hat, no play on the field.
