Key Accomplishments1. Constructa: with almost no support from HQ, I designed the CI of the brand and its

positioning & strategy, which was eventually the base of the CI internationally.2. The launch of the new ovens (IC6) beginning of this year was a great success. The

6. A lot of campaigns during the years were made, in all media channels, showing my ability to work under pressure and think out of the box even in full capacity, and some years as a one woman show.

7. Managing skills: I started at Bsh as a one woman show, taking care of training and communication alone. Now I’m proud to see my people, which I taught and trained who grew up and still growing up within BSH Israel.

8. Shaped the market for the induction hobs category in Israel: following 3 waves of massive 360° campaigns, POS activities and promotions, we’ve reached 31% growth in the awareness of induction hobs, +40% growths in market shares, with a total market growth of 40%.

9. Within 3 weeks, the unique engagement rates of the Siemens dishwashers on-line campaign (a low involvement product category), reached a total of 101,230,338 exposures. 77,034 interactions by Clicks were counted, of which 73,483 of them were unique users, 2,249 shares in FB, CPC 4.6 ILS < 1.5$, CPM = 1$.
