Year 6 Leavers’ Disco

6.30pm to 8.30pm

Dear Parent/Carer,

We would like to invite your child(ren) to attend the above event held at Ingleby Mill on Tuesday

14th July 2015. The cost of entry has been agreed at £4 per pupil and this includes a disco and

party food/drink. The event will start at 6.30pm and run until 8.30pm. Please ensure your

children are collected promptly at 8.30pm.

There will be a photographer attending who will take a group photograph of all Y6 children present

on the night. To purchase a 12 x 8 copy of this picture will cost £5 and these will be delivered to

school for your child to bring home before we break up on 17th July for the summer holidays.

The photographer will be staying for the duration of the disco and the children are welcome to

pop into the studio and have photographs taken throughout the event, where the photographer

will take individual portraits and photos of friendship groups, if the children would like. These

pictures are not available to pre-order but you will be able to view and order them online, after

the event, by visiting the following website.

If we do not receive consent from a parent / carer, then your child will not be allowed to take

part in the group photo or request photos to be taken during the event.

Please complete and return the reply slip below to show that you give consent to your child having

their photograph taken at the leaver’s disco, to pre-order a group photo, if required, and to

purchase a ticket for the event. This needs to be returned to school by Friday 3rd July 2015.

We do hope your child will be able to attend the above event and celebrate with other children in

their year group the time they have spent at Ingleby Mill.
