Around an year back, we launched www.dheya.com which is India’s first career assessment and guidance portal for students. Here we help students assess their personal strengths with our indigenously developed psychometric assessments. Dheya means “the goal” in Sanskrit. 1.We help student assess their strengths2.Help them understand their abilities, personality and interests3.Suggest careers with the highest probability of success from our 600+ researched career monographs.

Career Assessment: We conduct BOTH online and offline career assessment1.Personality Profile: A personality profile that gives an entire description of the personality.2.Personality Test: A personality test that gives 9 personality factors.3.Interest inventory: An interest inventory that gives rating of interests of the individual in 16 career families.4.Ability Tests: A battery of 12 mental abilities and aptitudes.
2. Career Report: A career report is generated giving the details of the personality-ability and interests and a list of suitable careers.
3. Career Planning & Goal Setting: Using the career report we work with students to develop a career plan with 4 alternative routes.
4. Life Skill workshops: Post the career planning, we help the student build a higher self esteem, self confidence and equip him or her with skills that would be of help through out life.
