WP5 (adaptation training and advice service) outputs so far:
WP5 survey summary:
• Training on climate change adaptation in local level is needed (municipality workers, local authorities)
• Training should be given in national languages in a face-to-face seminars or 1-2 days courses
• Common topics that interested in all regions were energy and national resources, tourism and built environment and sharing the best knowledge and examples on how municipalities and regions can adapt and mitigate to climate change
• Regional differences: land slides and coastal issues in Norway for instance
the training and service needs clearly focus on local issues in local languages
