Computer Aided Learning (CAL)

Computer Aided Learning Programme was initiated to make text content easy, interactive, interesting and stimulating adding visualization.

Objectives:

To improve teaching skills in:•making classes more learner centered, joyful and interactive•delivering lessons with conceptual clarity and better understanding

Medhabikash Uddyog

• Medhabikas provide poor talented students with stipend to continue higher education.

• The stipend is provided at higher secondary and undergraduate level.

Selection criteria:• GPA 5 in SSC without additional

subject; Family income not more than 3000/- & Land size maximum 50 decimals, parent’s profession mostly day laborer.

Chhatrabandhu (Volunteer Tutor)

Chhatrabandhu programme provides tuition support to the poor students of grades VI to VIII organizing the local educated people to teach voluntarily.

Goal:

To Ensure 100% pass rate at SSC examination of the underprivileged students who admitted or will get admission in class six.

Gonokendro in brief•Opened with the financing of both BRAC and the community•Located at the union level/ secondary school premises•Located in a space donated by the community

Gonokendros are multipurpose learning centers, which create access to a wider range of learning, skill development and cultural activities.

• Operates by a part-time librarian (usually a woman)

• Open for 4-6 hours a day and 6 days a week

• Becomes self-financing within 2 years by forming trust
