    Prepare using at least 14 point arial font

    Use bold text for heading & avoid faint text at all times

    Keep your presentation simple & clearIt is not meant to transmit all information but to highlightmain points and help trainees structure their notesKeep designs & layout simple & use no more than sixbullet pointsUse one topic for each slideUse main headings & sub headings

    Use simple words/ keywords rather than sentences

    Limit the number of slides for example not more than 12for a ten minute presentation

    Ensure text contrasts with the background

    Standardize positions, colors & styles

    Use only one or two animations/ transition effects

    For database demonstrations add steps in between theportal screenshots

    Ensure adequate time for projector warm up

    are easier to read

    While using color dont use yellow/light green as they donot show well at end of theatre

    Use wider spacing

    Depending on size of room the font size should be atleast 18 point preferably 24 point & sometimes 30 points

    Use no more than two font sizes

    Avoid acronyms
