    10 Commitments to You from Access Apprenticeships Staff

    Access Apprenticeships are committed to helping you achieve your goals andaspirations. Staff will support your learning in the following ways;

    1. Staff will provide high quality, inclusive training relevant to yours andyour employers needs;

    2. Assessors will start and end arranged training sessions and reviews ontime;

    3. Where possi le, Assessors will give advance notice if they are to ea sent, and will ensure that any sessions missed are made up ordelivered y approved deputies;

    !. When an Assessor sets wor" and assignments for formal assessment,they will give you#

    written instructions and an e$planation of how the wor" will e

    assessed;a deadline for completion;a date y which feed ac" will e given to you a out the wor";

    %. When you complete wor" and su mit on time, it will e assessed andhanded ac" to you y the agreed date &usually within 1' wor"ingdays(;

    ). Assessors will "eep you informed of your progress, and will provideopportunities for you to e$press your views throughout the duration ofthe programme;

    *. Assessors will help you access any learning support you require;

    +. f you are under 1+, Assessors will inform your parent, guardian or carerof information relating to your progress. -hey may also have to getpermission from your parent, guardian or carer for you to attend e$ternalevents;

    . Assessors will comply with AA/s 0quality and iversity and Safeguardingpolicy at all times;

    1'.Assessors will help you to access advice and guidance throughout theprogramme through regular reviews.

    1. A wor"place that is clean, safe and supportive in which you can learn anddevelop "nowledge, competencies and the appropriate s"ills.

    2. 6eport all of all concerns regarding your welfare immediately to the Access Apprenticeships and uphold safeguarding commitments.

    3. Allow you to a minimum of ! 7ours per wee" learning time for portfoliodevelopment for wor" ased evidence and assignments.

    !. Allow you to access resources for portfolio development, wor" asedevidence and assignments where possi le.

    %. Appoint you a line manager to conduct monthly reviews regarding theirdevelopment and performance within the wor" place. ). 8phold all organisational wor"place disciplinary policies.

    2. :lease ensure you are punctual to your wor" place and all plannedsessions, and have appropriate equipment with you.
