TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

Fire Resistance

IBS FAST WALL SYSTEM has been tested in accordance with BS 476, fire tests on building

material and structure. Test result as follow :-

• Fire Propagation (BS 476 Part 6) – Index of Performance, I=0, - Sub-Index, I=0

• Surface Spread of Flame (BS 476 Part 7) - Class 1 (No ignition)

• IK insulation solid foam is Polyurethane base which is a fire retardant

• No failure or collapse of surface after 120 minutes

1 76mm thick with 6mm fiber cement board 2 hours

2 104mm thick with 9mm fiber cement board 3 hours

OUR PRODUCT IS DEEMED NOT-COMBUSTIBLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BUILDING CODE OF

IBS FAST WALL SYSTEM is highly resistant to heattransmission. Its thermal conductivity at facial board isrelatively lower than brick and concrete surface. The 3layers of solid panel is giving the wall system a perfectThermal Insulation, R value compare to brick andconcrete.

IBS FAST WALL SYSTEM Fibre Cement Board has been subjected to rigorous test andsubsequently demonstrate high degree of resistance to prolonged moisture exposure thatcould lead to premature system failure. The following test have been conducted :-
