ブルーベリー・バイオレット・スパイスのほのかな香りをもったスウィートフルーツの濃いルビー色のワインです。オーク樽で8か月間熟成された、カルぺ・ノクテム・ヴォイヤーは、赤身の肉、ジビエ、ハードチーズ等に非常に良く合います。With a dark ruby color, this wine has a character of sweet fruit, hints of blueberries, violets and spiciness. It has been aged in oak for 8 months and should be enjoyed together with tasteful dishes of meat, game or with hard cheeses
