In Chapter 5, we discussed anxiety disorders, specifically phobias. Explore one specific type of a phobia, other than agoraphobia and social anxiety disorder, in more detail. Describe the specific characteristics of that phobia, including its name, its core features, and at least one technique that has been utilized to treat this phobia.
