Consumer Cloud Established operators are

managing massive volumes of consumer accounts – and this is the key. Consumers desire simplicity and safety to store,

publish, consult or and share their digital

content..

Worldline has implemented for operators a cloud service where people can communicate and store their personal digital content: Accessing, backing up or synchronizing from apps on all devices and sharing across other cloud services. Such service will allow operators to retain the value of their customer base, ease upselling and prevent churn. This is a key for the operator when facing completion with OTT players or low cost operators.

Worldline is your business and technology partner to build and manage your own cloud proposition.

Connected Vehicles Thanks to its capacity for

worldwide deployment in the Cloud and pay-per-use, Worldline has been able to make Connected Vehicle a reality, drawing on its

expertise in the field of service platforms,

contextual mobility, M2M and Connected living & Vehicle, e-commerce and payment.

The Mobile Experience live in Barcelona Passeig de GrâciaWorldline has prepared in Geox store three mobile experiences that will change the whole shopping experience of the customer. The first experience happens at the door entrance, when the user does check-in in the store by approaching the smartphone to the NFC tag. By doing that, he will get a welcome message, customized promotions and the possibility to connect to the store’s Wi-Fi.

Once inside the store, the customer will have the chance to start the second experience called Tap&Pay, which uses again NFC Technology. In this case, the customer can select different shoes and compare them (colours, sizes, composition, etc.). After comparing and choosing which shoes to buy, the customer can buy and pay it through the application. He gets then a QR code, which will work as a certificate of purchase to get the item he has bought, in the store.

Finally, the customer will be able to interact with the products of the store in a last experience, called Scan&Buy. Scan&Buy uses image recognition to get extended information about the product components, available colours and sizes, etc. In this case, the customer will scan an item with the Smartphone camera and it will recognize which product it is and display its product card. After choosing the desired item, the customer will have the possibility to buy it through the app and have the product delivered directly at home.

Those three experiences will allow the store to get to know better its customers and thus offer them an easier, more convenient and personalized shopping experience.

Renault R-Link Worldline implemented an e-store for Renault and introduced an in-car payment system. The system’s ergonomics and features have been designed to make Renault R-Link the most secure system on the market for the driver and for the vehicle.

Do you want to see R-link and test it in real?Worldline and Renault are pleased to invite you to test R-link at the Mobile World Congress. We will have a Renault car just for you to try it!
