We use could to:

•Talk about past possibility or ability Example: I could clean your skirt

We use 'may' to:

• Ask for permission (formal)

Example:

•To suggest something is possible

Example:

It may rain later today

We use “would” to:

• Make the conditional. Example: Would you like a chocolate? Would you help me?(gustaría,ayudarías, etc)
