Financial Management

Understands and adheres to Deal Model Collaborates in creating accurate fee quotes for special projects; identifies out-of-scope work and

aligns with them on required budget Executes to budget/goals and provide Domain/Account Leadership with appropriate support for

planning/corrective actions Drives effective cost management practices; drives operational improvements

Qualifications Formal Education & Certification

BA, BBA, or BS in Business or equivalent degree required Project management certification preferred

Knowledge & Experience

A functional/technical professional with at least 2+ full lifecycle SAP R/3 or ECC 6.0 or PeopleSoft 9.x implementation and 2-5 years of industry or consulting experience

2+ years experience in operations within SAP or PeopleSoft 2+ years experience with HR and manager self service tool implementation/operation 2+ years project management experience Previous experience in leading projects and team of analysts Demonstrated ability to successfully transition operational services between entities or HRMS

platforms Working functional/operational knowledge regarding HR transactions, severance programs,

leaves administration, and organizational management, focusing on driving broader standardization and scalability

Proven ability to work effectively with business sponsors to gain necessary resources and support in a highly matrixed organizational structure

Experience with integration, conversion, user acceptance, end to end and payroll comparison testing in HR and Payroll.

Technical Skill

Deep functional knowledge of HRMS systems (SAP, PeopleSoft)

Proficiency in Project Management tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio) Ability to utilize advanced MS Excel and/or Access skills to analyze data
