Project Management
Holds responsibility for giving input, planning and/or directing work activities related to projects Assist in post project QA and knowledge management. Collaborate with Sales and Strategy team to create/modify the standard Statement of Work
(SOW) during project implementation
Identifies and/or implement process improvements Understands and/or encourages adoption of service delivery model by challenging requested
custom functionality and offering alternative solutions Understands and analyzes the impact of changing priorities and balances resources appropriately Perform Project Manager role for projects of all sizes
Operations Management
Encourages application of service delivery model by challenging requested custom functionality and offering alternative solutions
Establishes oversight processes to ensure performance objectives met Looks for opportunities to improve and innovate operating efficiencies across the end to end
process Look for opportunities to improve operating efficiencies globally Assesses, mitigates and/or escalates (when required) risk/opportunities, including contract
compliance, performance/delivery, adherence to Best Practices, standardized procedures & documentation, budget deviations
Financial Management
Understands and adheres to Deal Model Collaborates in creating accurate fee quotes for special projects; identifies out-of-scope work and
aligns with them on required budget Executes to budget/goals and provide Domain/Account Leadership with appropriate support for
planning/corrective actions Drives effective cost management practices; drives operational improvements
Qualifications Formal Education & Certification
BA, BBA, or BS in Business or equivalent degree required Project management certification preferred
Knowledge & Experience
A functional/technical professional with at least 2+ full lifecycle SAP R/3 or ECC 6.0 or PeopleSoft 9.x implementation and 2-5 years of industry or consulting experience
2+ years experience in operations within SAP or PeopleSoft 2+ years experience with HR and manager self service tool implementation/operation 2+ years project management experience Previous experience in leading projects and team of analysts Demonstrated ability to successfully transition operational services between entities or HRMS
platforms Working functional/operational knowledge regarding HR transactions, severance programs,
leaves administration, and organizational management, focusing on driving broader standardization and scalability
Proven ability to work effectively with business sponsors to gain necessary resources and support in a highly matrixed organizational structure
Experience with integration, conversion, user acceptance, end to end and payroll comparison testing in HR and Payroll.
Technical Skill
Deep functional knowledge of HRMS systems (SAP, PeopleSoft)
Proficiency in Project Management tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio) Ability to utilize advanced MS Excel and/or Access skills to analyze data
