Supports the delivery for Workforce Administration through requirements gathering, consulting, analysis, test planning and execution, and documentation development
Participates in client process requirements meetings Prepares documentation of functional, process, and tool requirements Develops and executes test scripts Develops internal documentation (e.g. Standard Operation Procedures) Consults with client regarding Aon Hewitt Best Practices Works directly with cross-domain teams to develop integrated processes
Qualifications
Undergraduate Degree (BA, BBA, BS in Business), or equivalent degree or work experience required
1-3 years of work experience in HR or related processes utilizing PeopleSoft Experience in project/implementation work desired Knowledge of Workforce Administration subject matter, process and technical knowledge
(PeopleSoft) Ability to work under tight deadlines managing multiple tasks Demonstrates analytical skills, is a self-starter and can operate with direction from senior team
members Understanding of client policies and procedures and provides advice and counsel Ability to properly research problem solve with various stakeholders changes, system or process Experience with selecting the best option to solve the needs of the client Ability to identify process improvement areas Ability to refine processing procedures based on "big picture" understanding Understanding of other related service areas (e.g. Payroll) desired
Ability to navigate and learn multiple systems Ability to write client business requirement documents Ability to create test scripts/test plans
