The academic program listed above has submitted their formal recommendation for your admission to the University of Arizona Graduate College.

Once this process is complete and all requirements are met, you will be sent an email regarding your formal admission.

Note that all documents previously uploaded into your online application are considered unofficial. The final, official versions of your transcripts, degree certificates/diplomas (if international) will be required. If official versions of your documents were sent to your department, please confirm with them that all official documents have been forwarded to our office for admissions evaluation. If admission is completed with unofficial documents, then those documents will be listed on the official Certificate of Admission and official versions must be submitted to the Graduate College Admissions office within 30 days after the first day of classes.

If you do not plan to attend the University of Arizona, please notify your academic program.

  • Dear Nenad Vrucinic

As chair of the RIT Chester F. Carlson Center for Imaging Science Graduate Admissions Committee, it gives me great pleasure to inform you that we have finished our application review process and have selected you for admission to our Imaging Science PhD program. Your admittance to the program comes with full tuition coverage and a graduate teaching assistantship ($20,000 academic year; approx. 9.5 months) for the first year of study, plus the opportunity to earn an additional approx. $6,700 stipend during your first summer (approx. 2.5 months). Graduate students are typically sponsored by a research project, as available, from their second year onwards. Please note, this admission notice is tentative and will be confirmed with an e-mail and letter from our Graduate Enrollment office shortly. Although we certainly do not want you to rush such an important decision, we do ask that you please notify as soon as you have made a decision, since there are quite a few students on our wait-list.

Congratulations and please let me know if you have any questions!

    Warm regards,

    Jan
