The past year has seen some big changes for Woolton Drama Group; a big hall move, performing a greek tragedy and a group-written sketch show and, most importantly, a group trip to the Lake District. We’ve found a lovely [warm] new home in Allerton, in the church hall of All Hallows [pictured left]. In close proximity to Allerton Road and Tesco, we’ve ensured that we’ll never run out of tea and biscuits. The group has been growing both dramatically and socially. In the past year, we’ve performed our first self-written script, Spice Rack and even ventured into the realms of Greek tragedy with Anouilh’s Antigone. We’ve also been extending ourselves socially, with a recent trip to the Lake District - a trip enjoyed by all in attendance. Hopefully, there’ll be much more of this “drama-based-fun” in the future!

Joining the group is also cheap. We charge for the “Panto Year” - September to September - with a price of only £1/week. Worth it for all the fun and frivolity the group has.
